Welcome to Cinnamon Stick Cabin! Our owner-operated cabin is the perfect base for experiencing the North Georgia mountains. We’re located in Sautee Nacoochee, just 5 miles from downtown Helen, where you can stroll through the Bavarian village, enjoy shopping, or stop by one of the many unique local eateries.

Designed with comfort in mind, our cabin features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel at home. Whether you're unwinding on the porch, exploring nearby Unicoi State Park (just 2 miles away), or visiting the stunning Anna Ruby Falls (6 miles away), Cinnamon Stick Cabin offers a welcoming retreat for your next adventure.

From the moment you step onto the property, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway. This cabin offers a private escape where you can kick back on the porch swing, gather around the fire pit, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A paved driveway provides ample parking, and inside, a spacious living room and kitchen welcome you with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and create lasting memories.

Bedrooms:
1. The master bedroom is just off the living room and boasts a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom/tub, TV, Bose Speakers, and more.
2. The second bedroom is located just upstairs with a queen size bed and its own private TV
3. There are two full-size beds located in the upstairs roomy loft

Guest access:
The entire house excluding one locked closet and garage.

House Rules:
1. No pets allowed:
If pets are found, an additional charge of $200 per pet will be applied.
2. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is (8). This rule is strictly enforced. If exceeded, a fee of $100 per person, per night, will be charged for each guest over the limit.
3. No Parties or Events:
Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Violation of this rule will result in an assessed fee.
4. No Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If smoking occurs or traces of smoking are found, a $300 fee will be charged.
5. Noise Ordinance:
Please observe the county noise ordinance, which takes effect after 10 PM.
6. Child Safety:
Children should not be left unattended on the deck, near the fire pit, on the stairs, or the patio. Please keep a close eye on them for their safety.
7. Late Checkout:
Unauthorized late checkouts will result in an additional charge of $150.
8. Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $300 is required.
9. Rental Agreement:
All guests must sign our rental agreement prior to their stay.
