The Old Cottage is located just a short stroll from Saundersfoot’s sandy beach, quaint harbour, and vibrant village centre, it is perfectly positioned for coastal adventures, local seafood restaurants, and independent shops. The famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs through the village, offering breathtaking walks with views across Carmarthen Bay.
Just a 10-minute drive away is the historic town of Tenby, with its colourful harbour, medieval walls, cobbled streets, and rich history, why not pop down to the harbour where you can catch a boat to the peaceful and unique, Caldey Island.
Pembrokeshire’s stunning beaches and family attractions like Folly Farm and Heatherton World of Activities are just a short drive away.

Once serving as the local police station, The Old Cottage has been thoughtfully renovated while retaining charming original features that reflect its heritage. The cottage is in the heart of the village and situated next to the beautiful Royal Oak, a firm favourite amongst locals and holidaymakers, for its locally brewed beers, from fresh seafood to favourite pub foods.
Inside, The Old Cottage you'll find spacious accommodation including three elegant king-size bedrooms, a cosy twin room, perfect for children or extra guests, a perfect place to relax and unwind.
Lounge/Dining room
The living area is warm and welcoming with comfy leather sofas around a cosy open fireplace, the perfect place to relax and watch some tv after a long day exploring the coast. The living area has two sofas and a chair to seat five.
The dining area nestled at the back of the lounge offers the perfect setting to relax and enjoy family meals, on a long table with seating for up to 8 guests.
Kitchen
The bright and airy kitchen is well-equipped, for all your self-catering needs, including a washing machine, dishwasher and a stunning green AGA, a breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. Just off the kitchen is a small conservatory, perfect for an afternoon coffee and cake.
Bedroom One
A bright and spacious downstairs bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and bedside drawers, the room features a high ceiling and the old windows with bars adding to its charm.
Bathroom
A downstairs bathroom is tucked in the corner under the stairs, comprising of a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and heated towel rail.
Bedroom Two
At the top of the stairs, you will find a stunning bedroom with a stunning king size wooden four poster bed, wooden chest of drawers, wardrobes and ensuite bathroom.

The ensuite comprises of a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and heated towel rail.
Bedroom Three
A spacious bedroom with windows overlooking the village, a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, full length mirror, ottoman and a lovely ornate fireplace.
Bedroom Four
A cosy bedroom with twin beds, built in wardrobes, drawers, a comfy chair and old-fashioned wrought iron fireplace, perfect for children or friends sharing.
Family bathroom
The family bathroom comprises of a bath, walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and heated towel rail.
Outside
A small, enclosed garden area, ideal for summer evenings, al fresco meals, or simply soaking up the coastal air.
This property is centrally heated and offers free WIFI.
There is limited roadside parking, opposite is a 30-minute parking bay, suitable for loading and unloading the car. Inside the property is two parking passes for the Regency car park for use during your stay.
Please note: The Old Cottage is located in the heart of Saundersfoot next to the Royal Oak Public Bar and Restaurant that hosts outdoor live music during good weather, so guests may hear music or lively village sounds at certain times of the year.
NB There are low ceilings in parts of the property, and the staircase is quite narrow leading to the bedrooms.
Please note that a refundable £150.00 damage deposit is required.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.
By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.
These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:
"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date. "Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner "Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking). "Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4. "Website" means the booking website. "Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation. "Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you. "Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website. "Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays. "Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us. "You" means the lead person making a booking through us. When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.
1. Contract and Booking We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.
Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.
The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.
The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)
No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.
Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.
2. Booking Fees A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.
3. Deposits and Balance Payments Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.
The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday
4. Damage Deposits Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled betwee
