Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 200 m² air-conditioned house in Saumont, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers (4 children can also be accommodated). It has a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

On the first floor
- Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: one king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 5: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A beautiful private garden of 1,000 m², planted with trees and not enclosed

The house is ideally located in Saumont, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (maximum 6 vehicles, including 1 covered space).

You'll need a car to get the most out of the region.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- For bookings of 8 nights or more: a cleaning and change of linen will be offered every 7 days.
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
