HOUSE 15 MIN. AWAY THE BEACHES OF THE ROYANNAIS COAST - IDEAL ENVIRONMENT FOR FAMILIES

Ideally located in a pretty spa resort in the Royan region, our house is part of a small pleasant housing development in the town of SAUJON (17600). The rental is aimed at a family tourist or spa visitors. It can accommodate up to 5 people, ideally a couple and their 3 children.

Its central position (ROYAN 10 kms, ROCHEFORT SUR MER 30 kms, SAINTES 25 kms and LA ROCHELLE 55 kms) offers many perspectives of discoveries and adventures both coastal and terrestrial. The place is full of centers of interest of all kinds (Zoos, aquatic areas, fitness cures etc...) and offers the enhancement of unmissable historical sites, as well as a gastronomy rich in a multitude of local products offered on the local markets.

Very well served (local SNCF station, motorway from SAINTES and aerodrome in MEDIS-ROYAN), a bus line (stop 50 m from the house) accompanies you to the city center and the main municipalities of the Royan sector.

The day area offers a living room opening onto a veranda, a real living room, as well as the terrace bordering the garden.
The SPA is at your disposal for moments of pure relaxation.
This room is equipped with 2 sofas in 2 m wide, a coffee table, a 123 cms TV screen with box, a 180 x 95 table with its 80 cms extension and 6 chairs. Fully equipped functional open kitchen with central island, induction hob, extractor, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, TNT TV.
The scullery includes a sink, freezer, fridge and 9kg washing machine.

The night area offers 1 bedroom for 2 adults with a 160 cm bed with cupboard and dresser + French window.
A second bedroom (with window) can accommodate 2 adults (or children) 2 beds in 90 cms with 1 storage cupboard + 1 dresser and a TNT TV.
The third bedroom (window) has a cot with a changing table, a high chair and a small dresser.
The bathroom has a vanity unit, a bathtub and a separate shower.
Separate toilet.
The terrace, ideally located at the back of the house, is protected by a flowered pergola (wisteria) and an electric awning. It overlooks a wooded and enclosed garden. You will find everything you need for beautiful evenings; lunch set consisting of tables and 6 chairs and garden benches, barbecue.
The spacious veranda allows you to share meals or moments of relaxation in the shelter "in the garden" in summer and winter.
Parking possible for 3 light vehicles (1 of which is sheltered under a carport) in the courtyard closed by a large electric gate, it is equipped with a luminous presence detector.
