Spend your days exploring nearby beaches, from Douglas Beach (1.3 miles away) to the famous Oval Beach, Pier Cove, and Saugatuck Dunes State Park. The gas fireplace is only available in the winter months. Please do not use the fireplace in the summer or any time the air conditioning is on.
This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
