Experience the best of Florida's Space Coast at Paradise Beach Club 444, a direct oceanfront penthouse unit perfect for a relaxing getaway. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers sweeping ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and private balcony. Step outside to soak in the sun or enjoy the calm sound of the waves while sipping your morning coffee.

The unit is fully stocked with beach essentials, including chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys, towels, and a cooler. The master suite features a king bed, large plasma TV, and stunning ocean vistas. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and flat-screen TV. An air mattress provides extra sleeping accommodations. Free Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected throughout your vacation.

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

the view from the 4th floor balcony and from the master bedroom are exactly why you want a beachside place. Kudos on the furniture and beds as they were more comfortable than most VRBOs. The overall condition and cleanliness is good; its a place that sees a lot of people so it shows some wear, but we were pleased overall.

Exceptional stay

Laid back resort with no contact easy check in process. All necessities provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, coffee maker, washer/ dryer towels even every beach accessory provided from umbrella to chairs down to cooler. It was an awesome stay, quiet property and we will return to this property

Nice getaway

We were a little disappointed when we got there, the place is older and the elevator was really slow! I wouldn’t suggest wearing white socks! Our were dirty in no time! And there was a dried up contact on the floor by the bed which tells me the floor weren’t cleaned very well. The location was great it was right across the road from the grocery store and just down the road from a great ice cream shop! Probably won’t go back there again it was a little over priced for what you got! Bring your own potholders too!

Great property on the beach, well appointed

Came to Florida to visit family and wanted a place near the beach. This property was great, a little smaller complex but clean and well maintained.Location was great, near stores and restaurants and of course right on the ocean. 2 bedrooms and 2 nice baths plus a newer refurbished kitchen and generous living area.Property manager was vary responsive and went out of her way to insure we had all we needed and were happy with the property!We will definitely give it a try again on our next visit!

Very clean property

The pictures are exactly what you get. It is very clean. We enjoyed the little lobby they had. There was games there to play, restrooms close to the pool ext. The actual condo is very close to the beach! East to find. The communication between us and owner / guest contact was very responsive and polite/. We will be coming back again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay despite a hurricane

We recently stayed at the Paradise Beach Club. Where the unit we were in had the most amazing view. The property is right on the beach and you can go take a dip in just a few steps! I loved waking up every morning and enjoying coffee in the sun on the patio and watching the local surfers. The check-in process was super easy and the unit was amazingly clean. It was great to have a full, well-equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. We managed to stay 10 days with just carry on luggage since we could do laundry. There is a grocery store right across the street, so it was so easy to get some supplies without having a car. We were able to cook full meals with the pots and pans available in the unit, and there was nothing missing. We had perfect weather -- until we didn't. A hurricane hit towards the end of our stay and our flight was canceled going home. Luckily the unit was available for another few days and Zareh was incredibly accommodating to make sure we were safe and had a place to stay. Even though the entire area lost power for a day or so, the property management was very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The office even had a little "leave-one take-one" book case, which came in handy on out extra days. I highly recommend this property for anyone's next vacation. Despite the bad weather, we had an amazing time and would stay at the Paradise Beach Club anytime in the future. Thank you again Zareh for being such a wonderful host and point of contact!

Tranquility 🌊🌺

I traveled with a family member for 3 memorials. The condo is very nice, fantastic AC, and the view phenomenal. The peace and tranquility of the ocean after being in Florida for such a heartbreaking event, was heavenly.

Great Memories

Important: My wife was happy... because it was clean and spacious. Bonus: We were informed in advance that the water would be shut off for repairs so we could plan ahead. Extra Bonus: From the 4th floor balcony we enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning.
