We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked with all the little things you need on a daily basis. The pool was the perfect temperature and had great depth in the deep end, which is rare nowadays. The neighborhood was nice as well. The walk to the beach was just a smidgeon less ideal than I would have preferred because of a lack of a direct crossing across A1A highway. (We ended up opting to drive instead - literally a one minute drive.) The nearest beach access is a very small park, which is amazing for those of us who don't like crowded beaches. We would definitely stay here again. It is a perfect family vacation home.

Beachside relaxation for the whole family

This really was a wonderful property; the description and pictures were spot on and the host was wonderful! Public beach access is within walking distance with Canova dog Beach a ten minute drive, and Cocoa Beach only about fifteen minutes away. We brought our two small dogs and there’s a wonderful little park to walk dogs, not even a five minute walk away. The house was nice and clean and well stocked with everything we needed and we used the beautiful pool every day. This was a lovely quiet beach town, not too touristy or crowded, with lovely beaches and places to explore. We would absolutely return!

A Home Away From Home!

We absolutely adore this beautiful home. It is quiet, a perfect distance from the beach, and the pool is absolutely wonderful. Great beds (and boy does that make a difference!). The check in and communication with the owner was top notch with zero issues. The home had absolutely everything we could have asked for (and more), including front row seats for a rocket launch from the pool! Don't pass this one up, you will love it like we do! we will certainly be back!

Pet friendly sunny bungalow

We appreciated the well furnished updated bungalow. There was a newer feel than found at many rentals. The location is a short walk across AIA or drive to several beaches. The nearby park was ideal for daily dog walks and there is no need to leave the backyard for launch sightings. The pool is a bonus.

Comfortable house with pool

Our family of four kids enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our meals. We thought the beds were very comfortable. Nice sunroom overlooking pool, park with playground and walking trail around the corner, and a short walk to quiet beach. Easily communicated with property manager.

Excellent property!

We had a fantastic stay. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable. The area was very safe and family friendly. Plenty to do from the beaches, the restaurants, zoo, etc. The host was a great communicator and very friendly. Well stocked with all the little things. The area was not overcrowded which we loved, but beautiful. Everyone had a wonder time!!!

Perfect rental for USSSA fields and tournaments

This property exceeded my expectations. The pool is a fantastic size and fun to use as a family. The property is clean and well maintained and provided theblittle things that make a stay nice- good toilet paper, soaps, beach towels etc. This property is only 15 to 20 minutes from the USSSA space coast tournament field. It was so clutch to have both beach access and functional amenities. The beach was truly close and walkable and there are a plethora of restaurants. A great stay!

AMAZING rental!!!

Beautiful home

Very welcoming home, that from the time we walked in we felt comfortable to call it home for a week. Michele was in touch with us and when we had a question we connected right away. The whole family rated it 10 out of 5 stars. Close to virtually everything you need. Even got to watch a rocket launch from the beach at the end of the road. Cant say enough good things and we would stay again!

Amazing gem close to the beach

This property was one of the best I have stayed in. They had everything you could think of stocked, and it was very clean. The beds were amazing, which is not usually the case with vacation homes. We had an issue working the pool, and they had someone out to fix it promptly and kept in contact with me to make sure everything was taken care of. The beach is a literal walk down the street, and there are plenty of restaurants and things to do close by. We walked to Villon coffee truck, I highly recommend! All in all, we would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Excellent Home Away From Home

Where do I start??? I have rented multiple properties on VRBO and other rental sites and this has absolutely been the best experience/property ever!! The house was perfect for our stay, the Amenities and provisions went way beyond my expectations… They thought of everything and then some! Delivery of fresh coffee was waiting on the doorstep when we arrived, once inside we found a beautiful card from our hosts along with a gift card to their favorite restaurant… To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement! My best friend lives in the area and I visit often, I plan on making this property my go to for all of my stays and will definitely be passing along information to other family and friends who visit as well! Michele and Maddy., thank you so much for being so awesome!!!!
