The vacation apartment, which is approximately 30 m² in size, can accommodate up to two people. It is located slightly away from the other units, making it particularly quiet.
In the living-dining room, you’ll find the sitting area and the kitchenette with the dining table. A flat-screen TV is available for cozy evenings in front of the TV. The kitchen includes a two-burner stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as a refrigerator.
In the cozy sleeping alcove, you’ll sleep in a comfortable double bed.
The bathroom, which receives natural light, is equipped with a shower and toilet.
After an eventful day of vacation, sit down on the private terrace in front of the apartment and unwind!

Welcome to the Landpension Dubnitz!

The Landpension Dubnitz is located just a short distance from the Baltic Sea beach at Prora, right on Bäderstraße between Sassnitz and Binz. Here, away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts, you can enjoy an idyllic and relaxing vacation.
The apartment building features ten cozy, well-appointed vacation apartments and two double rooms of varying sizes and amenities, accommodating two to five people.
The large property offers plenty of opportunities to unwind. You’ll find a covered barbecue area, a small playground with a slide, seesaw, and swing, as well as a simple games and sports hall for fun and socializing. Here, you can choose between fitness, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and foosball.
During the colder months, guests of the property even have free access to a small family sauna.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space, as well as a terrace or balcony.
