We’d like to warmly welcome you to our romantically rustic “Sven” vacation rental!

Come on in and make yourself completely at home!
Standing in the hallway, you can catch a glimpse of the very cozy bedroom with a view of the garden! From the bed, you can look right out through the
-cute wooden window into the large estate garden! Sleep in a
-beautiful and comfortable wooden double bed.
-The nightstands, each with a reading lamp on either side of the bed, make it especially cozy in the evening.
- A wardrobe, of course, offers plenty of storage space for your clothes.

You can access the bright, natural-light-filled bathroom directly from the bedroom. The bathroom features:
- a sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser
- a tissue dispenser
- a shower with built-in shower gel and shampoo dispensers
- a toilet
- a wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags,
- a tiled floor (Bath mats are provided)
- Clothes drying rack

The entire apartment features
- hardwood floors, which create a particularly cozy atmosphere and a warm, inviting feel. The exposed ceiling and wall beams
also contribute to this! Especially when the sun is shining, the apartment is bathed in a warm, cozy light!
-You’ll find high-quality pleated blinds on some of the windows. Romantic curtains add to the special rustic charm!

In the hallway, there’s a large mirror with a shelf underneath. You can store keys, handbags, and similar items here.

To the left, you’ll enter the spacious and cozy living area. Here, on your right, you’ll find
- the pretty couch. This can be used as
- an extra sleeping space, allowing the apartment to accommodate four people.
Straight ahead, through
—the large wooden window with the pretty curtains—you look directly back out into the garden.
This makes the apartment nice and bright and inviting.
—The spacious wooden table with four chairs is located right in front of the window, so you can sit there comfortably and enjoy your meals.
-Plenty of cabinets and
-wooden shelves provide ample storage space.
-The floor lamp provides additional light, and the
-flat-screen TV, placed on a sideboard, is clearly visible from anywhere in the room.
-Of course, a coffee table is part of the furnishings.
 
On the right is a lovely kitchen that stands out especially for its layout.
- The charming corner kitchen is very bright thanks to the two pretty wooden windows. Here you’ll find
- additional seating. Take a seat on one of the
-two wooden bar stools at the small bar table. It’s just the right spot for kids to watch or help with cooking. Or maybe you’d just like to sit here yourself, enjoy the peace and quiet, and have a glass of wine! The kitchen is equipped with:

—a 4-burner stove with
—an oven,
—a refrigerator with freezer compartment,
—a coffee maker,
—a toaster,
—and a kettle.

Welcome to the Dubnitz Manor House!
At the end of the village street, you’ll see the beautiful manor house, framed by four magnificent linden trees that give the house its distinctive character! You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the grounds! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful spot to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel right at home here, and you can watch them in the evenings.
