"Good room with a decent size TV, very good shower and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't have breakfast, but the evening meal on the 1st night was very good and reasonably priced too - real ale also excellent. Hotel and bar area has a really cozy feel and obviously very popular with local peolpe and cyclists too. "

The facilities are being renovated, including the health suite, and a nice new smell in our room of new carpet and paint was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended."
