The BBQ grill, located poolside along with a well-appointed outdoor dining set allow you to enjoy the best of dining alfresco, Should you wish to hire someone to prepare local delicacies in the gourmet kitchen or eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants in town or on the beach, feel free to contact our in-house concierge to assist with your culinary wishes.

Overlooking the pristine Blue Flag beach of Playa Hermosa and the Four Seasons,  spectacular walls of glass showcase the panoramic ocean views from every room of this fully furnished 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom 4,000 square foot modern home that features a unique design and flow that allows the light and ocean breezes to easily permeate throughout. Soak up the sun and lounge by the infinity edge pool in one of two large ocean view terraces.  Close to local restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach in Playa Hermosa.  Just 20 minutes to the Liberia International Airport.  Absolutely no smoking and no pets.  Wireless internet.  Housekeeping available for a daily fee.    

A car is needed. Although close to town, both the road to the property is steep as is the driveway. While spectacular, this lovely home would not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children as driveway is steep and there are steps to main area of home.

Great location in a very nice neighborhood. Air conditioning was a little noisy and small issue with the pool. Owner from management company came himself to help with the pool. Overall great experience and nice house.

Hilltop Gem

The view from the house is stunning and open to all the living spaces. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the breeze. The infinity pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. None of the neighboring houses were near due to the slope of hill. The dramatic design of the house was more impressive than we expected. The house was a great place for the family to gather between trips to see the beautiful countryside and ocean. Our family of 8 agree the Lighthouse is one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed at.

Great House With an Amazing View

The house we stayed at was great. The view from the back patio was amazing and the pool was perfect after a long day. The company did a great job in communicating with us. The house was clean when we arrive and Zindis was very responsive if we had an issues at the house. I would definitely recommend a 4WD as the house is on a very steep hill.

Fantastic Views

The views, pool/deck, and natural light in this house are fantastic. All the rooms are spacious and the layout is great, although not the best for small kids - tile, lots of steps & dropoffs. The house has some normal rental wear & tear, but all the major things worked as advertised. As others have said, the pictures definitely don't do the views justice.

Absolutely Spectacular

This house is amazing and the views are better than the pictures. The concierge sets up all your tours and all the transport. If you plan on drinking choose the transport instead of renting a car. The hill to the house is VERY steep so if can't walk well this house may not be for you. My group of 8 had an amazing time celebrating my wife's birthday. This place makes you feel like you're on top of the world. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Ocean View

We chose this house for its expansive ocean view and infinity pool and were delighted with the house. It was centrally located to the activities that we wanted to do while we were in Costa Rica. From exploring Ricon, surfing in Tamarindo and hiking Monta Verde. Edgar of the Zindis Group was very responsive to some minor issues that came up during our stay. He was up at the house 5 minutes after our call and fixed the cable/wifi himself.
