Beautiful view and house

The house is beautiful, well illuminated. There's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The pool is amazing. The entrance is steep, consider a 4x4 if you come heavy loaded or come in the rainy season.

Beautiful condo in the sky

Nicely furnished great views. Combo we were given for the gate was wrong. Things I didnt like were the location (15min to town) , no beach access, and the driveway was crazy steep (which I'm getting used to in CR) But views were amazing.

Beautiful home in Ocotal / Coca Beach area

Beautiful home a top a large mountain. Incredible views out into the Pacific Ocean. Home is lovely. Very clean. Great appliances, wifi, etc. Property has a beautiful infinity pool 10 steps from the unit. Highly recommend the home for rent. And, the location is perfect in that you can get away up in the mountains into the “quiet”. But, in 10-15 minutes, you can be in the town of Coca or head off to a huge list of beautiful Costa Rica beaches within 30-60 mins. Also, the town of Coca has plenty of grocery, restaurant, and entertainment options.

Perfect Get-Away Spot

Sadly, we were only here for a weekend. The house was well stocked with plenty of plates and cups; dishwasher (be careful—it’s not bolted in!); large side-by-side fridge/freezer with built in ice maker; coffee pot; toaster and some other small appliances. The beds and living room furniture were very comfy. There are decent markets and stands close by and lots of eating establishments. **NOTE. Playa Coco is filled with narrow coastline and cliffs. You will need a car or either a golf cart or side by side with enough power to maneuver the steep inclines and sharp switch backs. DIRECTIONS are a little tricky. Look for Father Rooster’s (a restaurant) but as soon as you pass through the first “gated entry” (you see the sign on the large concrete column) turn left instead of right. The road is actually one big loop for this subdivision, so you’ll eventually make it to Corona Del Mar, but it is the LONG way around (maybe 10-15 min longer) and you’ll be passing the approach in the opposite direction. If we ever come back, we’d rent for a lot longer.

This property was in an excellent location. The condo was clean and the view from the pool was extraordinary. This condo contributed to an amazing first Costa Rican experience!

Superbe endroit avec vue à couper le souffle!

Nous avons passé une magnifique séjour. Léger contretemps avec le mauvais code pour ouvrir la barrière d’entrée, par chance il y avait un voisin pour aider.
