Sombras #203 is a beautiful two-bedroom condo on the top floor of a two-story condominium building that is less than a five-minute walk from the beach.



The Space:

The space features a modern island vibe and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. It features two spacious bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, a mezzanine with a full bed, a comfortable living area, and a peaceful, private balcony with stunning garden and pool views.



This spacious condo offers an open-concept living and dining space, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide picturesque views of the pool and garden. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an end table, and a TV, and the dining room features a large table that accommodates six. The living space offers access to a balcony surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, creating a serene, private oasis. The balcony features an outdoor furniture set and a wet bar.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a range with an oven. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.



Sombras #203 features two spacious bedrooms with island-themed decor, each with a queen-sized bed, a couple of nightstands, a dresser, a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted mirror. There is also a full-sized bed located on the mezzanine near the living room, allowing this unit to accommodate up to six adults. Please note that the open stairs to the mezzanine are unsafe for young children, as are both the mezzanine and outside deck railings which have large openings.



The main bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows and a step-out balcony that offer stunning views of the pool and garden, as well as a walk-in closet and remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and rainfall showerhead. The other bedroom offers floor-to-ceiling windows and a step-out balcony with a rainforest view. This room also features an open closet and a wall-mounted smart TV, as well as access to another renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a rainfall showerhead.



Sombras #203 offers air conditioning, a washer and dryer, optional maid service, and a parking space located in front of the unit. The gated community offers 24/7 security, as well as a sparkling swimming pool with lounge chairs. In front of the popular beach is a winding promenade with a basketball court and skate park, and the area is rich in hotels, restaurants, bars and stores catering to every need.

Known for its vibrant nightlife as much as its chill pace, Playas del Coco claims to have been the first beach town in Guanacaste reachable by road. Its proximity to the Liberia airport is a plus, and it’s even closer to the nearby beach towns of Ocotal and Hermosa.
