Luxury 3BR Home -Walk to Hermosa Beach

Casa Blanca is a new home featuring 3 master suites and 3.5 bathrooms inside the gated community of Monte Bello.

Your group will enjoy being close to all the amenities Playa Hermosa has to offer. In just minutes, you can walk everywhere you may want to go in town. Restaurants, bank machine, grocery shopping are only a short 5 minute walk. The Liberia International airport is only 30 minutes away.

Casa Blanca is a new home featuring 3 master suites and 3.5 bathrooms inside the gated community of Monte Bello. Casa Blanca has two covered expanded terraces, a large pool, and a 2-car garage , a comfortable large living space with dining for 8, a seating area with large Smart TV, and an open kitchen with bar seating. All of this in the main floor with the large pool, BBQ area and laundry station.

At the second floor, there are two ocean view rooms, both with large closets, full en suite bathrooms and directly access to the terrace.

The house was amazing! Check in was super easy. The house manager was the absolute best and was extremely prompt to help with any of our requests. The house was even better than what was pictured in the listing. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit in Costa Rica!

Pura Vida at Casa Blanca

We just ended a week stay at Casa Blanca and it was even better than advertised. The villa was beautiful, clean and very well appointed and in a great location. It can be a little noisy at times given the proximity to the highway, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Edgar the property manager was extremely helpful and provided some great tips about restaurants and things to do. This was definitely a 10 out of 10.

Paradise Redux

What a lovely home! We could tell from the photos that this property had a sleek, modern feel. But we didn’t anticipate how seamlessly the architecture and design blended with the natural beauty of Playa Hermosa. The landscaping in the front yard and around the pool created our little oasis, plus we had all the amenities we could need. The staff was so welcoming, and Edgar the House Manager was especially helpful. We hope to return someday! Pura Vida!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay in Playa Hermosa! The home was beautiful. Actually, more beautiful in person. It felt like home. The location was perfect, right off of a main street with restaurants right down the road. We walked to 2 restaurants a couple of days and the grocery store. Edgar was great, very responsive when we had an issue with a small leak in one of the rooms and the TV on the upstairs deck wasn't working. He had the TV replaced immediately! He was very friendly. He recommended a driver, Armando, who was amazing. Armando drove us where we needed to go a couple of days and he was so so nice. I would definitely return.

Private location walking distance to Playa Hermosa

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The house is new with high end finishes. It was an easy walk to Playa Hermosa for a nice quiet beach and a short drive to Playa Coco for a busier atmosphere. There are several restaurants within walking distance, including two we ate at on the beach. The management company was very helpful and responded to any questions quickly.

Great place to stay, plenty of room, plenty of outdoor space, huge pool, fully equipped kitchen.Everything you need for 2 week stay or more.Very secure location, great communication with house manager and of course great ocean view from huge second floor terrace.Short walk to the beach

INCREDIBLE HOME!

This house is absolutely incredible! Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Ocean views. We were in awe when we first walked into this gorgeous home. Gated community with easy access in and out. Communication with property manager was great, gave us a map and list of places to go! Could not recommend more!

Very nice house

The house was fantastic very clean easy to get in and out of the view was nice the management company was helpful and friendly. Pictures were very accurate very safe area security at gate was awesome not a bad ride to coco beach. there some really great restaurants nearby the house Only downfall is the location to the main road no quiet coffee In the morning or late night drinks on the balcony to much traffic noise. would love to stay in the same area with the same management company but higher up the mountain

Wonderful Vacation

Everything was absolutely great. I literally have no complaints. The house was magnificent - very well appointed, convenient, etc. We really enjoyed the pool and the large deck / porch areas. I would highly recommend this property for a luxurious, relaxing get away. We had 3 young adults - they loved it and had a good time enjoying the night life of Coco / Hermosa - not too crazy / but nto boring. The pictures absolutely don't do the place justice - also lots of wildlife at evening / night, in particular.
