Coco Sunset Bohemian is nestled in the safe and well maintained community of Los Palmas, this peaceful and centrally located unit is across the street from the beach and an easy walk into the town of Coco.

Two floor, two bedroom, two bathroom, with rooftop patio. From the rooftop you can watch the coco sunset!

Cafe de Playa, and the Pacifico Beach Club are nearby.

The pool is right at your doorstep and you have your own private rooftop patio, so you have it all at Coco Sunset Bohemian!

This condo is exactly as described. It has great beach access, a very good kitchen (needs new frying pans) has a very safe environment and is an easy walk to downtown. We stayed 10 days and love every minute of it. It was a great home base and we visited so many different and amazing beaches. The restaurants near by were also very good. We met several owners of the other condos and I can honesty say that I have never felt so welcome and so comfortable. This is such an amazing property and it is really located in a nice part of town. The owner of our condo was amazing and so easy to Connect with. She responded really quickly and I can honestly say that after years of using VRBO she is a top notch owner. We will be back

The condo is in such a great location. Easy 3min walk to the beach, grocery store etc We enjoyed the clean rooms and bathrooms, off street parking, fully stocked unit with a lot of towels. A nice cool temperature pool to sit in after a hot beach day.

A very nice property. The condo is very comfortable and the entire complex is peaceful and quiet. Has comfortable beds and living room furniture and is very well stocked with lots of good bath and beach towels.We noticed that this booking had the same small shortcomings as the others we have stayed in over the off season in that it wasn't quite ready. We didn't receive checkin instructions beforehand and ended up waiting at the condo for an hour for a callback from the property manager. We had to hook the gas up to use the stove and there were no coffe filters, no patio furniture on the upstairs terrace or paper towels.All that said the condo is very nice and we would stay there again. Just know that if you come in the off season, plan to communicate early and often.

Great spot near beach

Easy check in and great communication with owner. Kitchen fully stocked to make meals. Salt & pepper and lots of coffee filters available. Lots of towels available bath and beach!!!Washer & dryer in the unit really nice to haveMissing the basic dish soap, and hand soap in bathrooms (only one tiny bar in downstairs bathroom)Beds a on the hard side and linens for the queen size barely fit. No fault of the owner, on check out the water was off for a couple hours and then the power shut off. I just had to laugh - stuff like that happens. Great memories made on this trip!
