Flor de Limon #12 is a single-story condo with a laid-back, coastal atmosphere perfect for a beach vacation in Playas del Coco. This 592 sq. ft. (55 m²) unit is only a two-minute walk (around 200 meters) from the beach. It offers two spacious bedrooms, an inviting living space, and a private rooftop terrace with stunning views of the rolling hills and lush, tropical landscaping in Playas del Coco.

The Space:
As you walk in the front door, you’ll be greeted by a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen smart TV, and modern coastal decor that gives off relaxing beach vibes. The living room (and entire condo) has air conditioning and internet for your comfort and convenience.

Next to the living room, there is a breakfast bistro table with four seats next to a window that overlooks the community’s tropical landscaping. The open-concept living space also includes a kitchenette with a stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, a stovetop, a microwave, and other appliances, including a coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, toaster, and air fryer.

Flor de Limon #12 can sleep four guests across two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a plush mattress topper, stylish blue and white decor, a ceiling fan, and a window that overlooks the community’s mature trees and landscaping. The second bedroom includes two single beds, chic green and white accents, and a window that offers lush natural views. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a single-sink vanity.

One of the highlights of this two-bedroom condo in Playas del Coco is the private rooftop terrace. Since the unit is located at the end of the building, the terrace offers unobstructed views of the rolling hills and tropical plants in Playas del Coco, which is particularly gorgeous at sunrise and sunset. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable wicker dining set and features a BBQ grill and a sink.
