Paradise Awaits in our Newly Furnished and Beautifully Renovated Costa Rican Condo! Steps away town of Playas del Coco yet tucked away for a quiet and serene stay.

Gorgeous fully renovated and equipped 2 bed / 2 bath main floor condo. The pool is footsteps from your front door. Beautiful hibiscus shrubs on your patio allow you to have privacy while enjoying a quiet cup of coffee or cocktail. Let's not forget the beach which is an 10 min walk away - restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are all just a short walk from the condo. ***PLEASE note that the beach is NOT a 1-minute walk away, as VRBO/Expedia automated data states. It is 10-minutes walk at a good pace. If you have a golf cart, it's 2-3 minutes***

So many adventures to choose from...

Coco Beach has many restaurants and you can walk the length of the beach. Yoga and massages are offered daily at the quieter end of the beach. Sunset catamaran rides offer a unique experience travelers rave about including snorkeling and dinner.

Private tours can be arranged for the adventurous traveler.

Rent an electric bicycle or golf-cart to explore the neighboring beach of Ocotal. Snokerlers love to come here. We've also seen stingrays, hermit crabs and a variety of wildlife here.

Great place with clean beds and towels. Loved they had a bunch of beach stuff available for us to use! There was a big clump of black hair on the ground in the kitchen but other than that is was very clean. The showers didn't get super hot, even with the heater attached. The biggest concern for us was the door handle didn't work properly. We closed the door while inside without locking it and tried to get go outside but when turning the door handle it would not turn the latch to open the door. If our son wasn't outside still we would have been locked inside. Very big safety hazard. We had to put paper towels in the hole where the latch went in so it wouldn't lock us in. I did message them but it took a long time for them to get back to us and by that time we were checking out. To their defense the cell service isn't great in Costa Rica. I would go stay again though. We stayed in unit 6 right by the pool and it was nice. Used the free washer and dryer that was available! Great perk before we went home.

Condo was clean with comfortable furniture and beds. The pool was great. Location was perfect for a week-long stay, on a quiet side street off the main street and minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, groceries, and souvenirs.

Amazing place and location. Walked everywhere, beach, stores, restaurants and shopping. The ex pats that lived close were helpful, informative and friendly. Was a great place to relax and chill. Very quiet and secluded pool inviting and great place relax after day at beach. Had everything needed for Coco beach stay. Kitchen amenities could be little nicer, as we enjoy cooking and eating local cuisine. Would definitely stay again and looking forward to longer visit.

Great little place. Very quiet. Located in a great spot in coco. Host was very responsive. Unit had everything we needed.Didnt use the pool. Beach towels and an umbrella were provided - much needed for the beach for sure.

Rooms were cool and clean. Thought we were closer to the beach so could not walk there. Unable to swim in the pool because no railing to get out. 80 yrs old and needed a rail. Pool was beautiful!!!

Great place close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Stocked with anything that you could need.Air conditioning works great. Pool is great! Once we arrived we didn’t have to drive anywhere until we left. Great dive shop close by too!

Appartment was clean, well furnished, and beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. Owner and property manger respond promptly. Beach and many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Complex neighbors are mostly Canadian or American and very friendly, we made some great new friends. Very much enjoyed are stay and highly recommend.

It was a great place to stay. It was clean and well maintained. It was a nice location, and the price was great. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The walk to the beach was a couple minutes more than we thought, but it wasn't bad at all. The owner was quick to communicate, and gave us all the information we needed. We would stay there again.

We had a great time at this place near Coco Beach. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for our family of four with teens. The pool was beautiful and never crowded. The location was close to everything but still very peaceful. The host was easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice place and convenient location!

It was a relaxing hide-away and convenient loacation with lots of shopping, groceries, and beaches nearby. We were within walking distance of excursion pickups. It was easy to use a base location for our travels in the area too. The pool, just before sundown, was our days end ritual to relax.

Great outside landscaping and pool

We are seniors that spent a month here. The interior of the unit needs work. Furniture needs to be replaced. Only 20 units in the complex, most have been renovated. Location is good, neighbors were great. Little to no contact with host or manager.

Great beach town

Everything was great and everyone was helpful. It was more like a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, maybe more when the street is crowded. It was easier to use the pool at the condo. Also was a little difficult to use hot water in shower. There was no hot water to wash dishes in kitchen sink. Coco is a lovely town and we have already made arrangements to return.

Not quite what we expecting

Condo was shabby. Many bugs and lizards inside. Beds were very uncomfortable. Dishes had to be rewashed when we arrived. Beach was much farther away than five minutes. Pictures in ad were misleading. No hot water in kitchen. Only one of the showers had hot water. Construction in condo area started at 7 am daily. The air conditioning was great and Lina was quick to help with any questions that we had. A few tweaks and it would have went from an ok stay to a great stay.

Wonderful pool and location

Having a basically private pool for our toddler to play right outside the doorstep made this leg of our trip unbelievably wonderful. The condo is in a great location, there are lots of lovely neighbours, the best grocery store we found on our whole vacation was just up the street, and the walk down to the beach was always fun and entertaining. The condo itself is pretty simple and minimal—which is what we were expecting, thankfully.

Albatross’s stay!

Nice little community of owner's, friendly and willing to communicate their experiences on where to go, what to see. Good local traditional restaurants, with something for everybody….great barbecue, Italian, and Mexican foods with a potential for aa Costa Rican twist
