Located on the second floor which gives you a great view of the pool from your balcony. At El Pueblito Shopping Center you will find a variety of restaurants and a small market where you can get fresh bread every morning. Within the complex there is a nice Pool, BBQ area, paid laundry room and free parking for your convenience. We are in constant contact with our guests to help with all their needs. We can communicate via text messaging or other communication platforms while you are in the country if you have a smart phone and internet. The Condo has WiFi access as well.
While at Las Palmas neighborhood You can rent a car, a bike, a golf cart or simply walk around for all is close by. If you need a cab everything is a couple of bucks away. Let us know if you need help to have a shuttle pick you up to the airport for 50.00 for up to 4 guests or to rent a car as well.
You get also discounts for massages, manis, pedis and waxing at Blow Beauty Center on main street in downtown Coco.

According to Costarican law it is prohibited to smoke on the premises. We are a smoke free country so If smoking is detected you will be charged an extra USD$200.00 on top of your deposit which will be forfeited.

No pets rule is mandatory as well unless you pay a pet deposit.

Please rinse sand in the provided showers near the pool before entering the condo. Sand in the showers will clog them and cause an extra charge.
Extra sand in the apartment and bathrooms makes it more difficult to clean and clogs the plumbing and remains on linens and towels. Please rinse before entering the condo when you have been at the beach.


Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $50 cap.

Be considerate with towel and linens as well.

Please deposit paper towels and tissue as well as toilet paper in the trash cans provided.
Check on the pool hours and please No glass in the area.

Be considerate to your neighbors and Do not play loud music that will
disturb the peace and calm of the condominium.

If you need earlier check-in or check-out it is normally at a cost and considered only if there are no clients prior.

Normally you can check in by yourself for keys are in the sun.
