Vacation delight! Cozy condo just steps from the beach and St. Armands circle.

If you are looking for a quiet island beach community that offers alot to do, then you've come to the right place.
This one bedroom, one bath, first floor condo offers a comfortable king size bed, Smart tv’s in both the bedroom and living room. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room to accomodate family or guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked and a private patio is ready for a cozy afternoon cocktail after a beautiful day at the beach.
Amenities include linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a beach cart to make your trip to the beach easy and convenient.
Lido beach is a short 1 block walk from the condo and has been selected as one of the best beaches to visit in Sarasota Florida.
If you enjoy kayaking, you can rent kayaks just 2 blocks from the condo where you can kayak on your own or join a tour of the mangroves and see the beautiful Sarasota bay.
If you like biking, you can rent bikes close by as well.
For the fisherman, there are docks close by near the Mote Marine Aquarium or visit the park at the south end of the island. Fishing the jetty off of the beach is fun too.
For the golfer, there are many golf courses available for golfers of all levels of play. Most all courses offer clubs to rent for reasonable costs too.
St. Armands circle, a short and beautiful 10 minute walk away, offers upscale restaurants and shopping as well as piano bars dancing and entertainment.
This location is truly a paradise where almost anything you like to do is available. This property is secured by outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure the safety of all guests on the property.

Wonderful location just a short walk to the public beach and public, heated pool. Also right down the street from the trolley pickup which made it super convenient to visit without a car. The public park one stop south on the trolley was wonderful for watching the sunset or sunrise and for shell searching. The condo was perfectly stocked with essential and having a wagon and beach chairs was amazingly convenient and made our stay even better. The condo is clean and spacious and just all around lovey. I cannot wait to come back in the future - I would pick Lido Key over Siesta Key any day!

Everything was so nice. Very clean the condo smelled clean as soon as we opened the door. So close to everything. We loved it. Also, the host made herself accessible if we had any questions or needed anything. Easy to find and access. Would definitely stay there again

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed walking to to St Armands for meals daily and visiting Lido beach. The condo was close to the beach and to the circle. Enjoyed walking to Sarasota in the morning across the two bridges. Good dinning in downtown Sarasota.The home was clean and had needed items. Would stay again.

My stay at Chasing Sunshine was wonderful. The condo is close to the beach, very clean and well kept. Communication with the host was perfect. I took a vacation by myself and thoroughly enjoyed it. This condo was not only close to the beach but also to St Armand’s circle for dining & shopping and close to the Sarasota airport.

Chasing Sunshine was absolutely, without a doubt, a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Sue as a host. Check-in was easy. She provided helpful information about the property ahead of time. The parking lot could be a little tricky if you're in a larger car, but luckily you're a short walk from the beach and St. Armands circle, plus you're on vacation so who really needs to drive?? Wi-fi was good enough for sone online honework, streaming shows on those hot hot days, and some streamed gaming.Decorationswere cute and beachy. Plenty of cookware and updated appliances to make easy or fancy meals. 10/10 would stay again. Can't wait to go back.

Weekend visit to Sarasota

I booked this condo for my husband because he was visiting our daughter for the weekend. Perfect location to enjoy a morning swim, fine dining and sunset beach walks. Easy access to downtown Sarasota. He raved about the cleanliness, decor and layout of the condo. I know this is a place we will return for future visits!! He enjoyed exploring Lido and Longboat Key! It was such a delight staying at Chasing Sunshine. I would say it was the Goldilocks home as it was just right; cozy, comfortable and the perfect space for a couple. Access to the beach was easy, and walking to nearby restaurants and local shopping was as well. I am already planning a return visit.

Really great location. Very quiet and 1 block from the beach and St Armand Circle is walkable and a quick drive if you prefer, and we had no problem finding parking. This was our 2nd stay. The unit is very clean and cutely decorated. For me personally, I prefer a firmer mattress and did unplug the air freshener while there as some scents bother me, but overall I would stay again. It really is a great place to stay for 2 people.

We were quite surprised of what to expect upon our arrival.It is such a cute and spacious condo. Close to the beach and walkable distance to St Armand Circle to shops, restaurants etc.We would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect for couples

We spent a week here and it was perfect for me and my wife. Had everything we needed it was super close to lido beach (5 min walk) and is in the middle of anywhere you would want to go. It was very clean and tidy. Perfect for any couple. There is also a place at the end of the street where you can kayak or paddle board through the mangroves and is a fun relaxing time.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Sue was the most accommodating host to work with. I cannot say enough about how clean and well decorated the unit was. It made our first visit to lido one to remember !
