Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials are provided for a seamless first couple of nights. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $150 per week fee for one dog and $250 for two dogs — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Please reach out prior to booking so we can help make your pup's stay just as wonderful as yours. Exterior cameras are present for security purposes only and do not monitor any interior or private guest areas. The minimum age to rent this property is 26.
