The Mango House Cozy Beach Cottage

Our cozy boho beach cottage, The Mango House is the perfect place for a couple or small family to relax and enjoy all the best Sarasota amenities. It’s conveniently located right between both Siesta Key entrances, walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, Trader Joe’s, and a block from the popular Walt’s Fish Market. This gorgeous bungalow is the front house of a duplex on a large lot with plenty of cozy private outdoor space to relax and take in all the wonderful Florida weather!
The large bedroom has a super comfy California king bed and a single bunk. The family room is equipped with a leather sofa with a pull out full bed. The house is fully equipped with all basic cooking supplies, plenty of sheets, towels and beach towels even a cute beach bag. The kitchen has bench seating for 4 around a large island. The outdoor patio has a gas grill and seating for 4. On site parking for one vehicle is provided. The property landscaping is beautifully designed with natural limestone and palms. The mango house is the front house in a duplex. Each house has their own private entrance, parking and yard space.
The property has perfect access to the center of Sarasota but is far enough away from the highway for peace and quiet. The neighborhood and region of the house is very safe and well kept.

Quiet times is 8am to 10pm. Please be respectful with your noise level as this is a duplex with adjoining walls. No loud music is permitted indoors.
Please use the front door with key pad as main entrance and leave back entrance locked. No key is given for that door.
The master bed is affixed to the structure of the house please do not attempt to move it. Bunk bed age limit of 12 and or weight limit of 110 lbs.

Perfect little cottage

This property was absolutely beautiful! Well appointed, had everything we needed, very close to anything you could want. The owner was great about communication as well. Everything was seamless! We will be back!

Spacious, Comfy, and Convenient

this is a newly renovated unit and features every amenity one could want. The bedroom is large and has a spacious walk-in closet. The living area opens to the beautifully appointed kitchen. The furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully outfitted with pots, pans, utensils, soaps, towels, etc. It also has a clothes washer and dryer and that's very handy for stays of longer than just a few days. As shown in the photos, there is a lovely patio where one can enjoy morning coffee in the Florida sunshine. Best of all, the host is extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Place!

Very cute size, perfect for the two of us. It's just as pictured, located in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. Inside is VERY nice and we enjoyed our visit. Has a nice outdoor area where we enjoyed some relaxing reading. Good restaurants around, some within walking distance. Beach is a short drive away, maybe 15 minutes with traffic. Will stay again if we come back to the Sarasota area.
