Steps to the Beach Island Paradise

Come enjoy the tranquility of one of the oldest, most charming villages of Florida. There are so many things to do here, first and foremost; RELAX and enjoy the warm gulf breezes. Once you have become rejuvenated you are ready to enjoy all that Anna Maria and it's surrounding areas have to offer.

There is great Golf, Para-Sailing, Jet-skiing, even up close encounters with crocodiles at the Sarasota Jungle Gardens. There are also many area museums, galleries, gardens and aquariums ie. Ringling Museum complex and the Village of the Arts in Bradenton.

There is also great shopping; Historic Bridge Street and the North end offer an eclectic blend of the old and new, St. Armands Circle just minutes away is the Rodeo Drive of Southwest Florida, with high-end boutiques and upscale shops and dining.

Beautiful view of the Gulf, which is just across the street. We were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. Nice place to stay.Host is extremely responsive and quickly responded to any questions we had. Nice pool and laundry available to guests, with the property well maintained.

Great Stay

The overall vacation was amazing. Clean and close to the beach just as advertised. Wish the bedrooms had AC but thankfully fans were supplied and doors just stayed open for circulation.

We loved our stay. Everything was clean and our host was more than helpful in providing anything we needed! We absolutely loved the island and location and hope to be back! We even ventured to Disney on a cloudy day and it was only about a 2 hour drive!

Really is just steps from the beach!

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean and boasted a patio and pool area that made being outside so very comfortable. The location is literally across the street from the beach entrance. The kitchen was fully functional, we did have a moment of hesitation as we didn't realize the microwave was also a convection oven. We thought the oven was MIA for a hot moment! LOL. There is a stop for the free island trolly very close; so you can explore much of the island without needing to drive/find parking.Will stay here again should we have the opportunity to visit AMI.

Relaxing paradise

The property is very clean and well maintained. We have stayed in this property three years in a row and we absolutely love it. Excellent access to the beach, great pool area and a gorgeous patio that is perfect for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Conveniently located within minutes to anything you may need or want to do. The owner is very attentive and answers your question very fast! Highly recommended!!!

Loved the location. Loved the outdoor areas. Would just suggest a gas grill or list it as charcoal grill. Need a broom for all the sand. Stove eyes are in need of repair or a stove with oven. Possibly a bigger counter top oven for say pizza if no traditional oven. Only one roll of toilet paper for four people staying 4 days is not enough. Maybe more trash can liners. We had a wonderful trip and would love to come again to Bradenton Beach!

Overall decor, location and property was VERY nice. Not the cleanest I have stayed in but I am type-A about that. Friends who stay with me know, no matter what, the first purchase is coffee and cleaning supplies! So I windexed the kitchen and living room outside windows, and cleaned the screens so we could enjoy the view. I also cleaned the legs and under the glass on the coffee and end tables, and the fridge door seal. But that’s just me. Did I mention I like things clean? 😂The screens are in poor repair, (multiple large holes) and windows needed to be propped open to enjoy the fresh air. But that would allow mosquitoes to enter, so we decided against having the windows open. My biggest concern was for bedbugs. Our guest using the king bed had multiple bites on awakening, and new bites each morning. Host assured me they were sand fleas, aka no-see-ums. I am not convinced. The season is wrong for no-see-ums and I have personally experienced bites from these creatures. In my experience they occur on the beach and you know when you have been bitten. This guest is particularly fastidious. She showered daily after the beach, and did not ever notice any irritation or bites occurring while on the beach, only on awakening. The hosts kindly offered us a deal if I rented again from them. We were not looking for a deal, or even a discount. We WERE looking for them to know we had a problem, and to address it, so no other guests had similar problems. I hope that happens.

Nice time at the beach

Very clean, well appointed, beach is across the street and is beautiful. Washer and dryer are brand new and free. We didn’t use the pool but on a hot day it would be good for cooling off.

Beach Paradise

This was the perfect place to stay for our Anna Maria Island vacation! The condo had everything we needed and the host Jo-El is amazing! We love the tropical patio for breakfast in the morning and after dinner drinks and the pool was perfect and private. Highly recommend this unit. We cannot wait to book our stay for next year!

This place is exactly as advertised.

Overall we had an excellent visit at this property. I did award 5 stars in all categories however, I would be remiss if I didn't point out a few things: The bed is extremely firm. The Owner requests the temperature to be no less than 75 when occupied and higher when unoccupied. The bathroom has no vents and gets quite steamy. The location is centrally located on the island and very close to the beach - ideal for kids. While not officially ADA Accessible, people with limited mobility not requiring a wheelchair will likely not encounter any significant problems. Towels were abundant. The kitchen was well-outfitted. WiFi is suitable for remote work. The pool is ideal for an evening drink and soak with friends. There is ample parking (Other units in the building were vacant, and there is street parking).

This was an awesome place to stay! Owners are very friendly and accomodating. This rentals is so close to the ocean. Pool is relaxing, and has nice afternoon shade to escape the sun. The restaurants are fantastic...Hurricane Hanks and Ugly Grouper were some favorites. We highly recommend this rental.

Comfortable Beach Beauty

Location perfect; accommodations very accommodating for 3 adults / 1 child; laundry and restroom at poolside very convenient; so close to the beach that one can almost touch it; easy parking for both tenants & visitors! Only thing I could think of that might make this place any easier would be to add a propane grill outside on the patio ( next to the charcoal one) but honestly who wants to cook on vacation when there is so many delicious “eats” on the island to try, not me! Thanks for a wonderful stay and the memory makers for a lifetime! We will be back! 😎🏝️🤩

Great location. A walk across the street to the beach. The tables outside where great for morning breakfast. Loved the small pool after a day at the beach. Remind your guests there is not an oven.

Great place with thoughtful touches

We found the condo to be well suited for a few days on the beach. It was a little cold (for that area) during our trip, but I still found the opportunity to walk to the beach several times and it is really as close as it looks or maybe even closer. There are lots of little touches we thought were very thoughtful like how the beds in the kids bedroom had usb ports built in so lots of places to charge devices without having them clogging up central area. If I come back to this area I will definitely stay there again if its available.
