Spanish Style Home With Private Heated Pool

Spanish style Single family home in West Bradenton. Bild in 1925 and totally remodeled and updated in 2015. Only 8.9 miles from Anna Maria Island and 4 miles from IMG Academy. This 2 bedroom 1 bath has great flowing open floor plan. Beautifully renovated bath and kitchen. New flat TVs and internet, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

This home was perfect. Short stay for spring pirate ball. Place was clean, easy distance to ball field and beaches, pool elevated our time in Fla being clean and warm. Very relaxing. Would stay again Thankyou

Sunny Bradenton beckoned, as we escaped cold winter weather and found very satisfactory accommodations. Our hosts, Yani and her husband, were solicitous of our comfort, and communication was excellent.Check in was easy, and we entered a clean and orderly house which is exactly as described and photographed. All kitchen and household essentials are included. The spacious fenced area provides privacy and pleasant seating for grilling, casual dining, and relaxing around the ample pool. Our hosts kept the pool very clean and heated to our desired temperature.A vacation highlight was strolling the area's beautiful beaches. The rental provides beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, a small cooler, and plenty of pool towels. We're delighted to highly recommend our hosts and this comfortable property.

We had a wonderful stay! Our kids loved using the heated pool everyday. We used the grill a few times for dinner and the house was super comfortable. Great location and lots of great places to shop and eat nearby. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Def an aged home in not the best of area. The pull out sofa was terrible mattress and gross! Small pool if have large family. Nice grill and outside table. I made this reservation for my husband on my phone he had no info on his phone and I messed up and didn't have enough nights and the lady manager husband came pounding on the door like he was the police but very very angry and very rude. My husband told him he thought we had it one more night and he told him he had 15 min to get out and he would be back like a threat ! Did not ask let me see if it's available to rent one more night or listen to my husband who was trying to figure out if he had it one more night from me. Made my husband panic trying to figure out what to do. It was my fault but never needed to be treated like criminals! They did pack up very quickly and my husband made sure it was very clean when they left fast! Found out it was available another night anyways but by that point my husband was so upset and scared of this manger husband just left to drive home 18hrs unexpectedly. Very upsetting! Also this manger husband stops by all the time so not very private and lots of checking what u r doing and asking us to do things like close up awning every day that isnt the easiest to do if you were a single woman there. Just felt not comfortable at all knowing they are coming by so much . The lady manger did communicate well and was apologetic but never did her husband come back by to apologize himself.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very convenient for the beaches, shopping, etc. Very clean. Loved the hosts, they were very responsive. The only issue I had, personally, was the queen size bed is too firm. We did not sleep comfortably. If you prefer a firm bed, then you will have no issues. The twin beds were comfortable according to the kids.

Lovely home and yard

Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The patio was super nice for family time, whether playing in the pool or having a meal. Didn't use the firepit, but it was a nice touch. The home was very clean and organized with games and bathroom products galore. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and we had a great time. The host was highly responsive and wonderful to work with.
