  • Welcome to the Zilli family Villa beach house on Longboat Key. After using this 2,000 sf home for their own family vacations, the house was completely redecorated and stocked to offer all the comforts of home to our VRBO guests. A cool, beachy palette welcomes you to sit back and relax. The Zilli Villa is part of the Zilli Collection each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, ( not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts,40 year old flooring, 1 size fits all look.) We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel.

    This Villa is a two bedroom/two bathroom light-filled, ocean front home located just 13 steps to the sand and 60 yards to the water. The interior has been professionally decorated in a cool palette of ocean colors.

    · Two bedrooms: one has one king and bedroom two has 2 queen-sized beds

    · Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and Casablanca fans
    · Free access to pool (with free use of beach towels) next door
    · Ample storage
    · Dining room seats up to 10
    · Entire home is on one level, making it safe for little ones or elderly guests

    · Our beachside patio overlooks the Gulf of Mexico

    You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. The nearby pool has a covered grilling area with picnic table overlooking the beach. There's plenty of room for bikes, a bike trailer and/or several vehicles. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush.

    This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. That said, there are some accessible features at the facility. Please ask me specific questions to determine if this property would a good fit for your needs.

Lovely stay right on the beach. The grocery is right down the street and the pool is right outside the window. Everything we needed for a relaxing break with the kids. Owner very responsive, property was clean.

Beautiful Place

We had a wonderful stay. Jim was always available and was on top of everything. Had books of recommendations. House couldn’t be in a better location. Wake up and see the Gulf with dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee is how every morning should start. House was great and held 2 families of 4 very comfortably. Pool was great and right next to the house. We felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely come again.

Longboat Paradise

Great location. Right on the beach. Wide open floor plan with glass across the entire back of the house giving a phenomenal view of the Gulf. Nice layout and set up for our family. Very clean. It’s obvious the owner pays a lot of attention to the upkeep and maintenance. Last, but not least, close proximity to a Publix grocery store.

Our stay there was beyond wonderful. The house suggests that it was decorated by a professional. It is beautifully done. It is very spacious, the furniture is very comfortable and more than adequate. The sunset view from the property is spectacular and the beach view is available from many areas in the house. There are all the amenities that one can need. If I had to think hard about one thing that could change, it would be that there could be a brighter light in the Master bedroom for nighttime.Based on everything else, I would highly recommend this facility and give it the highest rating possible. I am grateful for having had the opportunity to spend time there, and hope to return for visits in the future.

AMAZING!!!!

WOW!!! What an amazing beautiful home right on the beach. This home is as described and the property owner is AMAZING!!!! He responded to emails and txt very quickly. My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at Jim's property on Longboat Key. Jim is a class act and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. He also knows the area so well, and he had great suggestions for restaurants and other things to do. The home is literally steps from the beach, and the beach and its sunsets are remarkable. If you are looking for peace, quiet, and beauty then this is definitely the spot for you!

This is one of the most relaxing and beautiful stays I have ever experienced! The home is gorgeous and right on the beach with spectacular views and privacy! This is a great spot for families/friends to stay and relax, but also have beach or poolside fun! The owner provides the most proficient service I have ever received with great suggestions and always a friendly correspondence with any questions we had! When you feel at home, but you’re on vacation

The rental was nothing less than exceptional, Jim made everything so easy, keeping us informed, giving suggestions of all his favorite places around town.The house was a true dream come true in paradise. Just steps to the sand, and a view you only see in movies. The inside of the house was decorated well, and very clean, Jim was even able to get us checked in early the day of arrival (we unfortunately were running behind due to our own issues though)The house was well furnished, and had a closet full of items to take to the beach. Jim even went above and beyond to make sure we had aCertain kind of beach chair in the house, and went as far as ordering new ones for us. Jim gets straight to the point when conversing with him making it easy to get answers without any time wasted, and his hospitality is some of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing.We had a great time, I would recommend this property to anyone, and if we’re ever in the area again we will definitely be staying with Jim again!

A Perfect Fit

The villa was a great fit for myself, my husband, and our adult son who has disabilities. The house was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was the easiest ever. Being literally only a few steps from the beach was a game-changer for us all! When texting with Jim before we arrived, I asked if the unit was equipped with a shower chair, mentioning that it would be so much easier for us. A shower chair, still in the box, was waiting for us at the door when we checked in. Now that's service! We plan to book again for next year, which, I believe, is the highest vote of confidence you can give.

AMAZING for body and mind!!

I wish I could summarize our stay with a few simple words, I cannot. The host, Jim Zili, with simply the best host we have ever had through VRBO or any other rental service. He was in communication with us the whole time in case we needed anything. If we called or texted, he immediately picked up or called back. He’s such a kind man with your best interest at heart as a guest. The house is stunning. The views are amazing, the people around you are friendly, we could not have asked for more. I implore you to rent this property. You will not regret it. You will want to go back year after year. I know we will!!!

Awesome place for a family vacation!

This was such a great place for us to stay with our kids. The home was beautiful and clean and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. The location of the house you couldn't ask better, right at the beautiful beach. A true paradise

This villa is true paradise. As soon as you walk in you know it’s not your everyday VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised when we first opened the door and smelled a very clean home. The decoration in the Villa is exquisite. Every piece of furniture matched and the quality of the furniture was excellent. Everything from the throws on the sofas to the decorative pieces on the walls combined in perfect harmony. All accessories were top quality Pier 1 import and pottery barn. This tells me that the owner didn’t cut any corners when decorating. There’s even an Alice Dalton print in one of the rooms. Everything you can possibly want or need you will have at your reach from a well equipped kitchen with pots and pans, utensils and stemware to a pizza pan and cookie sheets. They really thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. The Villa is spacious and the layout is open floor plan so you never feel crowded. We were a family of 5 but originally booked for 8. 8 people would have fit comfortably. If you have small children or older adults in your party this place is perfect. You have a covered parking space steps from the front door. It is a one story so you don’t have to worry about carrying things up stairs or worry about kids and stairs. The sliding glass door that leads you to the amazing view of the gulf has a lock not accesible to kids. Access to the water couldn’t be any closer. The Villa has beach chairs and Umbrellas for you to use along with beach towels. The views and access to the beach are just breathtaking and the daily sunsets are mesmerizing. All of the above are important factors but what made the trip extra special was the one of a kind customer service. Mr. Zilli reaches out before your trip and provides detailed directions on what you need to do to make your trip enjoyable. He’s only a phone call away and goes above and beyond to provide his clients with everything they need. He also reaches out mid week to make sure everything is up to your standards and although we didn’t have any issues and didn’t need anything he was kind enough to send over fresh towels. I had asked Mr Zilli prior to our trip if the Villa came with a vacuum. He advised that it did. As soon as we arrived to the Villa he asked if the vacuum met my expectations because if it did not he would purchase a new one and have it sent to us. That is the kind of service you get with the Zilli properties. We can’t wait to book again.
