Pool

Feel free to enjoy the pool and spa. Pool rules: no drink/food in the pool. No diving neither. Please watch your children all the time and swim at your own risk. There is a daily charge for the pool heater, $60/day. If you need the pool heater, please let me know and I will ask our technician to turn on the heater prior to your arrival as it takes 10+ hours to heat up. Please understand that when the lowest air temperature is below 60F, the pool temperature might not be able to maintain 80+F.

Nice Rental for Families

Loved the roomy master suite, great room and outdoor spaces. Worked well for our adult kids and grand baby that joined us. Child gate by pool well constructed. Very nice overall!

Wonderful Sarasota Stay Near Siesta Key

Had a great time during our stay in Sarasota. We absolutely loved the large indoor space, outdoor space, and especially the heated pool which was used every single day! We had some hiccups early on in our stay, but the host was responsive and got those items corrected in a timely manner.

Good place for vacation

Enjoyed the stay with the family. Clean property, enjoyed swimming at the pool everyday. Owner responded quick with any concerns and questions. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful house with lots of modern finishes, great for adults and close to the beach!

This house is great if you have a lot of friends or family and need room. The great room allows for cooking, lounging eating and game playing. Three spacious bedrooms and one ‘kids room’ with twins or bunks. Not great for an adult as it has no other furniture. There were a few maintenance issues but the house manager sent a handy man the next day to address all. The pool has issues and we had to have maintenance/pool company out every couple days to address them, like gurgulling due to air in the intake, adding water, removing the timers from the heater, etc. Be sure to be crystal clear when arranging for heat. We were asked to pay more than the agreed upon price, good thing I had it in writing (messages) No grass at all- not great for pets or possibly kids. There’s a little astronturf area but it’s nothing much, and the rest of the yard has shells that hurt doggies feet. But walking pets in the neighbor mood was easy and safe. So many awesome places to lounge for adults: screened in porch, sun deck, pergola with couches, all amazing. A 12 minute drive to siesta and turtle beaches, we went every night for sunset! All restaurants and attractions close by. Great location in an up and coming neighborhood. One iffy looking house next door but had 0 issues and everyone we met was pleasant. I would recommend (with an *by the issues mentioned.)

Holiday stay

We really enjoyed the house, which was clean and close to siesta keys and downtown Sarasota. The pool was very clear but the water was too cold from the cold temps. The neighborhood was the only downside with some houses nearby in need of repair and clutter in some of the yards.

Christmas 2022

Jeff was an excellent host for this property. We are a family of 5 all adults and a mother who lives in the Sarasota area. We are very flexible and like to cook nice meals. This was the shortcoming of the home unfortunately. The space was lovely and adequate and the kitchen lay out was phenomenal. But there was one dishtowel, one trivet, a broken drawer for cutlery, no serving platters. so for a Christmas dinner it was a bit difficult. Better dishes would have suited the experience also. The beds were uniformly uncomfortable but still sleepable.
