There is a new LG stackable washer/dryer in a separate laundry room.

This three bedroom property sleeps up to six people comfortably. There is a King bed in the Primary suite, Queen bed in a second bedroom, and a third bedroom includes a double bed with a pull-out optional twin-sized trundle bed. The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained weekly.

The location of the property is excellent. It is very close to the Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, Lido Key, and the Legacy Trail. Pet policy: We are dog people and love smaller dogs. Up to two small-medium dogs are allowed with prior permission (please inquire first with breed type and size). Feel free to message us for a quick response regarding pets. No aggressive breeds allowed. House has a fully fenced in backyard that is quiet and perfect for dogs. Renter is required to cleanup all pet waste, dander, food, and cost of any pet damage inside and out. One time pet fee is required for all dogs.
