A solo dos cuadras de las playas más vírgenes del extremo norte de la isla Anna Maria, ¡encontrarás Dreamscape! Una casa elevada de dos habitaciones y dos baños con una magnífica piscina climatizada y una terraza que te mantendrá regresando año tras año.

Esta casa de concepto abierto tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia de ensueño en AMI, incluido nuestro servicio profesional de ropa de cama, ¡garantizando que siempre llegues a sábanas y toallas limpias y súper limpias de alta calidad! Te encantará pasar tiempo en el balcón cerrado, un excelente lugar para comidas, juegos, bebidas y la vida al aire libre. Dreamscape es un hogar para entrar y quedarse si te gusta pasar una tarde tranquila de vez en cuando. ¡Mire una película en el televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar después de un largo día bajo el sol! El dormitorio principal con una cama King Size tiene su propio baño completo con plato de ducha. El segundo baño completo con combinación de bañera y ducha se encuentra en el pasillo, justo afuera del segundo dormitorio. We loved are stay at Dreamscape! Everything was perfect! The house was so lovely - furniture was comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, everything so clean and the pool was perfect! There wasn’t anything that we needed and didn’t have. And location peaceful in a beautiful area of the island, just a few blocks from the Main Street. Can’t wait to return.

The house was great, location , backyard everything you would want. The only reason I rated as okay is because it did not have the staple supplies, no coffee, no coffee filters, no laundry detergent to wash the towels, listing said lined service however you have to was your own towels, no oil for cooking or salt and pepper. We ran out of toilet paper and when I asked for more, I never received it. Had to go out to the store and get it. Otherwise it was a great location and we enjoyed the house immensely.

Summary : Highly recommended This rental property was extremely well maintained & clean. The pool was immaculate & nicely secluded. The walk to the beach was short & easy to do with the paths that lead to the beach. Walking up & down the stairs every time we went outside, was a little bit of a hassle, but a small price to pay for staying at such a perfect vacation rental property. Another huge plus about this property was all of the beach accessories/toys. Having a a beach wagon included to use was a game changer! Side note: you don’t have access to the garage & the out side shower didn’t work, but we just used the hose. Another side note: The upfront price seemed like a huge bargain, but after the cleaning/booking fee’s this place was right in the average price range for the island

Excellent location near Bean Point

After staying near Holmes Beach each visit to the island, this was our first time booking a location near the north end. We were very pleased with the location as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The kitchen and living area are very spacious and include everything you could possibly want to make your stay enjoyable. The pool is a perfect size, and beach access is right around the corner. This location will be on our radar for every future visit.

Annual Family Trip

We go every year to AMI. This was our first time getting a home with a pool and it was soo worth it. We absolutely loved our stay. The home has plenty of room and the pool was wonderful. It was very close to the beach that we could walk to several beach access points or just a quick zoom on the golf cart we rented through the company they recommended. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans you just need to bring your seasonings and you’re ready to cook. We cooked and ate almost all our meals there and the kitchen was plenty big enough. Thank you so much for a great play to stay! We will be back!

Beautiful property near a gorgeous beach!

Four of us stayed here in November of 2022. The property is exactly as described, very clean and has a great layout for a group. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked many happy meals there. The gorgeous 7-mile AMI beach is just a short 2 block walk away. Shops, restaurants, and a small grocery store are a five minute drive away. Communications with the property management were excellent.

This was such a wonderful rental! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on Anna Maria Island. The house was really perfect and clean. The rental property company couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. There was a grill and a pool light has been installed so you can swim in the evenings. The beach access was even closer than we thought and boy, the beach was unbelievable! White sand and crystal clear water. The whole family was sad to leave and that's a sign of a good beach rental.

Great AMI trip

We enjoyed the house very much.

The location was great! We could walk to many shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach was very convenient. The house was well equipped. We loved the screened in porch. We ate all of our meals there. The pool area is nice and very private. The table, chairs and umbrella were a welcome addition. The only inconvenience was that there was no door on the master bath. We bought an inexpensive shower curtain to hang for privacy. All in all it was a fantastic vacation.

Perfect Location!

We loved staying on the north end of the island! This house is in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to shopping and restaurants. The beach is just a short walk away, and dinner at Rod & Reel Pier is just three short blocks away. Perfect location! The rental itself is quite small but nice. It would be great if it had a grill, but you can rent them. The living room, kitchen and dining are very nice and comfortable. The bathrooms are small but adequate. The toilets are very low, so if you are struggling with knee or hip problems, that could be a deal breaker. The pool was fabulous! All in all, this was a nice rental and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Very clean property and excellent location. There are only few things that could be improved, changed or added. 1. There is no door on the master bathroom in master bedroom! There is no reason not to have a sliding door (barn door style) there are very reasonable. 2. There is no grill on the property. 3. Not a single beach chair chair or anything for the beach.

Good location

The home is on a nice street but it needs to be updated. There is no direct access from the house to the pool. There is no BBQ grill. We rented one for the week but there should be one at the home for vacationers to use. The weather was great and we enjoyed our time.

Great house, but you need to be ok with a few negatives...

This house was really great. I'm just listing a few negatives to begin, so that others are aware of them before booking. These negatives are minor, but having stayed in Anna Maria many times, we found them to be slight nuisances. 1. No grill. It's hot in Florida. Having to fire up the oven to cook is a big bummer. It would be really easy to add a grill to the screened in porch, but not having one is something that we definitely missed. 2. No pool lights. Honestly, this is another really easy thing to take care of, so I'm not sure why this otherwise excellent house hasn't done something about it. The pool area is a great space, but without lights we couldn't swim at night and that was a huge miss for us. Just string some Christmas lights around the trees and this would be taken care of! 3. No beach gear. All of the other houses we've ever stayed at in Anna Maria have beach stuff we could use. Beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, skim boards, noodles, floaties, etc. We ended up having to buy all of that and then couldn't bring it home so it was a lot of money that was wasted. We left our gear at the house, so I hope that future guests can use it. It's something really small that goes a long way to making the vacation nice. 4. Master bathroom has no door! Why? It would be easy to install a sliding barn door since the space is limited, but it is weird weird weird that there's just no door at all! 5. There's nothing that can be done about this, but future guests should know that the access to the pool is awkward. There is no backyard access, so you have to go down to the front of the house and then walk all the way around to the back of the house where the pool is. It's just an oddity that's worth noting. OK. That's it, really. Otherwise, this house was a gem! It was clean, modern and really nice. The screened in porch was a great extra that we used every morning and every evening! The access to the beach was just a few houses down and then a short walk down a really nice path. The street was quiet and there were fewer tourists on this part of the island which was great! The house had everything we needed (except of course the beach gear and the grill). We would definitely return to this house if they could fix a few of the things noted above!

As advertised: And that's pretty awesome, because it's Anna Maria Island

So, we spent two weeks at Dreamscape. A family of four, two boys 8 and 11 and us parents. The house had what we needed and we enjoyed our stay there, and it was all in all very pleasant. There are more or less three things that just needs to be mentioned, that you should be aware of as minor cons. So let's do them first: 1. There is no direct exit to the pool and backyard so you more or less have to go around the house to get there. We also could not get any lighting in or around the pool to work so that became a bit off limits after dark. This is just not very clear from the description, but it's also exactly as it is and nothing that is anything but a minor thing. 2. There is no door to the en-suite bath from the master, and this is perhaps not a perfect solution for privacy and usability. It's totally understandable that it takes up too much space, but perhaps an in-wall sliding door could be fitted, or some kind of solution. Again: A minor thing, but also not directly clear from the description. 3. We expected it to be a bbq at the house because there is one in the images and it's mentioned in the captions. There wasn't any and that was kind of a bummer – but once again nothing major. And I also think that the BBQ is not mentioned among the list of amenities, so that has to be said as well. But in all – we had a really good stay. The house is clean, all machinery works great, the living room is comfy and with a huge tv with lots of channels. The internet worked as it should and so on. The pool was great, the deckchairs were comfy even if they looked a bit aged. And so on. It's super-easy to have a great holiday in this house. And being the north end it's quiet around the house, you hardly even notice people around, and even if the house is at a three-way crossing with Jacaranda, Alamanda, and Poinsettia there is hardly any traffic at all. This part of the island is just the best. Getting to and from the beach is a breeze, there is a great access path at Rose Street, a few houses to the north and you're on the sand within minutes. We had a lovely stay – that's the long and short of it.
