Hosts were very nice and accommodating. The bungalow was nicer than we expected. Easy short walk to beach access. Great hot tub and pool in shape of Mickey. Location close to a number of restaurants and Northern, quieter, more upscale area of island. My only issue was landscapers with two chainsaws in the middle of afternoon cut into our time to enjoy time at the pool.

Loved this cute little spot. Had everything we needed, was nice a clean! Pool, hottub, SHORT walking distance to the beach, local food and fun right down the street. Next time we will have friends rent the other units so we can have even more fun.

Perfect location

Beautiful property. The property has three units or mini houses, all have their own access to the pool, a private sitting/grill area and communal spaces. The access to the water in the back was great for fishing or just relaxing in the morning. A very short walk to the beach and to Main Street. Kitchen was well stocked and the property provided chairs and wagon for the beach. There was a bit of a musty smell, but the there were humidifiers and air purifier to help counteract it. Great property.

Great location. Loved being able to kayak out to the beach. Beautiful property, updated and very well maintained. It lacks privacy being so close to the other units and right next to the shared pool. We enjoyed the spa and deck over the water. The apartment was beautiful but smelled of mold. Our clothes smelled of mold.

Anna Marie Island vacation

There was an issue with getting the code prior to arrival so we went food shopping while we waited for the entry code. The house was small but very good for 2 people (think tiny home). The host had everything you would need available.

Great location on AMI

The Turtle suite was the ideal spot for our brief visit to AMI. We’ve stayed many places on the island over the years and this is one of the best. Completely redone interior, comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach. Kayaks available off the backyard dock. A fun place. We’ll be back.

Perfect spot!

Our first trip to AMI and this was the perfect spot for my husband and I! Place was adorable! Had everything we needed, steps to the beach, super clean, short bike or golf cart ride to many restaurants and shops! Communication with owner was great as well. We will be back for sure!

Great Location

Very clean, location top notch to beach and restaurants and shops. Best beach cart and umbrella we’ve ever had. But beach chairs were not good. Property very nice and well kept. You need your own cooler and bags for snacks and sandwiches at the beach. Overall we would come back!!

Too small for the price

Our stay on Anna Maria Island was overall pleasant, yet some important aspects warrant attention. The grounds were lovely, and Lindsey, the housekeeper, was notably helpful. However, communication with the property manager was lacking—I attempted to reach them via email and phone but received no response. It's crucial to thoroughly review the listing description. Despite our initial satisfaction with the price, believing it fair for a prime location, we later discovered that it didn't encompass access to the private grounds. This revelation was disappointing, especially considering the modest size of our 900 sq ft accommodation. The disparity between the cost and space felt excessive and left us feeling somewhat misled. Thankfully, the other families sharing the space were amiable, but this arrangement could potentially sour someone's vacation if the other guests were less considerate. Despite this hiccup, we still managed to enjoy our time on Anna Maria Island and will be returning in the future, though with a more cautious approach.

Just right and wonderful location

We have been visiting Anna Maria for 22 years and never stayed at the same place 2x but we might reconsider now. It was the just the right size for a couple with the right level of amenities and fantastic outdoor spaces + kayaks to use! If you are looking for cozy little place to stay within walking distance of the beach and everything on the north end of the island..this is it!

Lovely Getaway

We decided to play a last minute trip with my sister and daughter and we were lucky this was available. It had everything we needed. Having our morning coffee/tea by the canal was great, the quick walk to the beach was perfect and we even took the kayaks out and used the hot tub each night. It is a quick walk to the town stores and restaurants too. This was our first time to Anna Maria island and we were definitely glad to be on this part of the island for our short stay!
