Welcome to your private Sarasota retreat, featuring a sparkling pool (heat optional), screened lanai, and a detached guest house for ultimate comfort and privacy.

The main house offers an open-concept floor plan with a modern kitchen, dining space, and two spacious living rooms with that opens to the lanai. Three bedrooms include a master suite with en-suite bath and two guest rooms with convenient access to a shared bathroom.

The guest house by the pool is a perfect setup for extended family, friends, teens, or a nanny. It features a king bed, TV, sofa, kitchenette, washer/dryer, full bath, and a cozy private patio.

Whether you’re unwinding by the pool, grilling outdoors, or heading out to enjoy Sarasota’s white-sand beaches, lively downtown, or family-friendly parks, this home is the perfect place to make lasting memories.

Overall experience not great! Pool was not preheated like we paid for and was very dirty. It went 3 days till the pool go cleaned and the heater fixed. We were told by the host we would get refunded for the 3 days we had paid for a heated pool but it never happened.

Sarasota Vacation

The home was exactly as shown in the advertisement. I would have liked to be closer to the beach. I thought 5 miles would be close enough, but traffic made it seem further away. We really enjoyed the Legacy Trail. It was close by and wonderful for biking. Also, my husband enjoyed the Pickle Ball Court that was also nearby.

Great pool, updated and clean house

House was clean upon check in and we appreciated the “extras” (beach towels, aluminum foil, well stocked kitchen) that are not always present in a VRBO. House is located within an established residential neighborhood and is close to shops and is an easy drive to the beach. The pool needed attention when we arrived, but communication was prompt and the issue was resolved. Thank you!

Nice Vacation Property

The house was cute and just as described online. It was presented as very clean, organized, and stocked well. There were enough dishes, silverware, beach towels, and enough bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels were provided. Ample starter supplies were provided and much appreciated. The rooms were comfy and had the right amount of furniture for the spaces. The pool was well kept and since it’s shown as not covered, we expected a certain amount of leaves and Florida creatures would be there. It was no big deal to clean the pool daily for our needs. The stove and grill were clean upon arrival and gas (with an extra tank) were easy for use. The area isn’t the best, as far as curb appeal, but it was not bad and we never felt unsafe. However, the neighborhood was quiet in the evenings and we enjoyed evenings on the back patio and pool (highly recommend you bring bug spray). The grocery store was just a few minutes away and it was located not too far from the beaches. Definitely visit Siesta Key Beach, it’s beautiful! Convenient location and a great stay for our group of 6.

Paradise

Vitamin Sea was the perfect vacation home for our family. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. The home provided everything we needed and then some. The pool table and private pool were an added bonus, particularly for all of my boys. The Guest House was my home away from home. It was a short drive to several beaches, restaurants and shops. We will definitely return. Thanks for the memories!

Great communication

My family checked in on 5/14/24 and checked out on 5/21/24. We loved that the company was quick to reply with any questions or concerns. For example, we were going to use the grill but the propane that was already on the grill was empty. I texted Debi and she was able to solve the problem quickly. We loved the house and the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was easy to book and were able to find the house with no issues. It's located only a few minures from the Bradenton/Sarasota airport, which was great. We did have some recommendations: the master bedroom needs a blind behind the bed. The neighbors next door has cameras all around their house and some were pointed directly at this home. One camera was facing the main bathroom, which has a window in the shower. The window has a "frost" over it but you are still able to see into the window . We bought a cheap rod and curtain to place over it while there. The master bathroom is very tight, you cannot open the door all the way to get in it. The door hits the toilet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This home offered a lot of space and amenities. The pool was amazing. Property was well kept.

Seven of us stayed there and more than enough room. The cost to heat the pool was not clear and required several phone calls. Safety issue - the coffee pot does not have an automatic shut off feature. Overall it was expensive but a nice place to stay.

New clean home recently remodeled. Very convienent to downtown Sarasota and beaches. Legacy Trail for walking and bliking very close as well along with public pickleball courts. The home is located in an older neighborhood where most of the homes have not yet been remodeled. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Debbie was very responsive to any needs we encountered. Because the homes are older the bathrooms are small but clean and functional. Having two washer/dryers on property is very nice. I would recommend the property.
