Great location! An easy walk to the beach and to the Armand Circle with lots of restaurants and shopping to choose from. We had a few small issues but Lance was great at resolving them right away. The private back yard with the pool and hot tub is a great feature to this home.

We are long time Lido key visitors. This was an excellent experience. The best part about the house is the pool and deck area. Lots of space plenty of lounge, chairs, and furniture, a gas grill, and more. The house was also adequate size with plenty of Room. It was very comfortable for a weeklong stay. We mostly used the newer part of the house. But if you had a bigger group, it would be ideal with plenty of space for everybody to spread out. The location, of course, is wonderful. Steps to the beach. Also, a short walk to Saint Armands Circle with all of the shopping and dining that you could ever need. Lance, the property manager, was extremely helpful. We had a few little issues at the beginning of the stay with the air conditioning and the pool, but Lance was extremely responsive and resolved all issues in a timely manner. We also had our pet with us. It was an easy place to care for the pet. One caution with pets, if your pet is not used to gravel and rocks there is not much grass for relief time. Overall, it was a wonderful week and a great beach vacation property. We will definitely look forward to coming back.

Great location; no bunk beds

We had a nice time during our stay at Lido Key. The house provided the right amount of space for our group of 6. The bunk beds shown on the listing were not there which was a disappointment given our mixed group of kids and adults. Easy walk to St. Armand's Circle made it a great location.

Great beach Getaway

The house overall was a great location in nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to the beach was a bit a long, about 1000 feet to the gulf. We did have a quite a few issues with household appliances and other issues, but the property manager was quick to resolve them and communicated right away. A few things need to be upgraded, but maybe they will be next time. The house was the perfect for myself and my family, and the pool was an awesome alternative from the sunny sands of the gulf. There was many pool floats, beach chairs, and beach towels ready to be used. The location near St. Armands was ideal. I'd love to come back again!

Lido Beach Getaway

Amazing vacation with daily walks to both the beach and town for food and shopping. Property manager was great to work with. Overall, an enjoyable stay and we look forward to coming back in the future!

St Armands Holiday

this is an excellent property for the beach lover as it is a short walk to the sand. it also has an excellent outside space with a very large pool. St Armands is a stroll around the corner which has a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Lovely Property, Perfect Location, Awesome Host

What a wonderful vacation we had! Sarasota, Lido in particular, has been my happy place since birth. We wanted to stay near St. Armand's as well as the beach this time. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. It is a mix of old florida and new. The upstairs bedroom suite is remodeled and gave our adult kids their own space. Downstairs has another king room and a twin over full bunk bed room. Plenty of beach and bath towels, extra pillows galore. Plenty of inside seating in family rooms and dining area. The outdoor spaces are the crowning jewels of this location. Everyone spent hours in the pool and hot tub. There is a very large tree that provides a lot of shade during the day. Six large chaise lounge chairs, an outdoor table, and a large sitting area provided room for everyone to spread out outside. The second story balcony has spiral stair access to the rooftop deck. The view was spectacular. St. Armand's is right around the corner. We barely drove our rental car the entire week! Beach access is one house down, and an easy stroll through the dunes. The beach was not crowded at all I was able to walk the waterline to New Pass every morning to collect shells, and watch Mote employees protect new sea turtle nests! I can not express how impressed I was with this property. My one and only suggestion is perhaps adding an outdoor ceiling fan to foil the noseeums. So thankful we were able to rent this gem, and we would love to hopefully stay again next year!

Communication was excellent. This house has a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and there is a 3 min walk to the beach. Quiet area. We enjoyed our stay!

Lido Beach get away

Impressive remodel and expansion of property. A mix of the past and beautiful and enjoyable new, so close to beach and St. Armand’s, good biking trails. Excellent response to questions and needs. It had what we needed, weather was a challenge, but still enjoyed the stay.

Perfect vacation home for us

We rented for 2 weeks and needed a place that was walkable for family members with varied interest. The location is perfect as you can walk to St Armands and to the beach in minutes. The pool area is private and really large and beautiful with a banyan tree shading it. Bedrooms were good sized and comfortable. The roof top deck was fun in the evenings to watch the sunset and fireworks on the 4th of July. The property manager was wonderful: called to make sure we had what we needed and checked in a couple times...very helpful. Will be renting this house again.
