  • Isle Haven B le permitirá crear hermosos recuerdos: es la escapada perfecta a la playa para relajarse y disfrutar del clásico encanto de Florida de Anna Maria Island. El dúplex de 2 dormitorios / dos baños ofrece todas las comodidades que pueda imaginar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio una reina y una litera si sus hijos lo prefieren. La ubicación no puede ser mejor. La playa está a pocos pasos de la calle, lo mismo ocurre con los bares, restaurantes y tiendas en Holmes Beach. El carrito gratuito también se detiene muy cerca de la casa. La cocina está completamente equipada, ropa de cama, toallas, utensilios de cocina, equipo de playa y, por supuesto, wifi gratuito. No te puedes equivocar con este alquiler.

Wonderful Isle Haven!

We loved the home! It was beautiful. It was close to the beach! We rented a golf cart to travel around the island and that was a great suggestion. The home was clean and pretty well stocked with everyday items. There were some items I purchased and left for the next family to have! I would totally rent this home again!

Ami, family vacation

We all got eaten up by bugs, was from in the house. Front door lock was tricky, outside handrail was loose, ne exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom. Close to the beach and shopping center.

Reviewer Comments: This was my 2nd time using FloridaDreamRealty ,and 2 different properties,we rented both sides of this property for our family of 8 +dog on this trip and all was perfect everything we could need was available and then some. Super clean upon arrival ,pool/hot tub were beautiful, location was great for our needs and management is always attentive and great to work with.we will definately return to one of your properties .

DECOR IS VERY PRETTY UNIT WAS CLEAN EXCEPT UPSTAIRS SHOWER WAS NOT VERY CLEAN. WE HAVE RENTED THIS UNIT SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH IT OVER ALL. FLORIDA DREAMS REALITY HAS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. THANK YOU FOR KEEPING YOUR RENTAL FEES REASONABLE WE HAVE BEEN COMING HERE TO THE ISLAND FOR A LONGTIME BUT WE FEEL SOON WE WILL BE PRICED OUT, SO WE APPRECIATE YOU DOING SO.

Wonderful location and comfortable stay

Overall very happy with the short distance to the beach and items supplied (wagon, beach toys, sifters). Disappointed we had a couple maintenance issues while there (toilet was repaired but we went without a kitchen light due to electrical issue that wasn't fixed after reporting it). Grateful for the binder of information although it could use some updating. One roll of TP provided was not enough for our family during a weeks stay. Love the outdoor shower to rinse off. It was also frustrating that everything referenced using the app which did not work for us.

Former Local’s Dream

Our stay at this property did not disappoint. Being a native of Manatee County and former resident of Anna Maria Island, this was exactly what I was looking for. The proximity to grocery needs, stores, shops, and of course the beach which was just steps away is unmatched. Thank you for helping make such a wonderful experience. Isle haven B

Asked weeks before trip for early check in,was told to call when we arrive, I did never got a call back just went to the house at 4 and went in.fan in master bedroom only works on low was hot sleeping. Downstairs bathroom door rubs the floor, downstairs bathroom inside bottom of shower door had black scum on it. Beautiful home near the beach and shopping/ food. Very reasonable price for our stay

Top 5 locations for rental

Amazing location 1 min walk to beach, liqour store, food,coffee, and equipement rentals. Very quiet street . Highly recommended.

Ideal home with a short walk to the beach

This was an ideal location for our beach vacation! Seven families rented homes between 52nd and 62nd street. Everyone came to us by golf cart and either parked at the beach or in our large driveway for the day. A very short walk to the water. The perfect house and open floor plan for a family of 4 (or more) with a small dog. Very clean with all of the amenities. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the outdoor storage was huge. Some may think the view out front is undesirable (the backside of a shopping plaza) but all of the positives truly outweigh this one negative. We will definitely rent again!

Perfect spot to be!

The duplex was roomie and decorated so pretty everything you need in the cabinets at your fingertips. No pool definitely a disappointment luckily our family rented the attached duplex with the pool so we were able to share the pool. Only other disappointment was no on suite master bathroom and the bathroom for second bedroom downstairs so our bathroom became the community bathroom. We really enjoyed the place!
