  • This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom coastal home has everything you need to enjoy your visit in Sarasota! The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the highly sought-after Gulf Gate community. Spend your day relaxing by the pool and spa or explore the area. The house is only 8 minutes away from worlds #1 Siesta Key beach and minutes away from shopping and restaurants. It’s also a short 15 min drive to downtown and 20 minutes away from famous St Armand’s Circle.

    The house:
    The spacious living area features an open concept floorplan. The living room has a 75” smart TV and a brand-new sleeper sofa. The dining room contains a large table which comfortably seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking necessities including pots and pans, baking sheets, blender, toaster and much more. Next to the kitchen there is a Florida room which has a dedicated remote workspace. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and a 55” smart TV.


    Backyard:
    The fenced in backyard is surrounded by lush palm trees for maximum privacy. The screened lanai features a heated pool and spa as well as a grill and a table where you can enjoy outdoor meals.The lanai also contains 2 lounger chairs, patio furniture and a 43” smart TV. Just outside the lanai there is a firepit with Adirondack chairs and a hammock.

    Pool and spa heating available for additional $30 per day. 48 hour advance notice required. Pool and spa is heated to 85 degrees from 9am to 7pm. Please note spa temperature needs to be the same as the pool temperature

Great place to stay.

This home is very nice, everything was just as the listing stated. I also really enjoyed the pool area. Communications with the owner was very helpful . Great stay.

Great place for a family

We really enjoyed our stay here. House was fantastic. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the house was remodeled and very clean. Just a short trip to the beach. Would recommend for sure.

Lovely Stay!

We had a lovely stay at this home! It was so very clean, cozy and welcoming. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to relax. Neighborhood is a charming area and nice to walk in. Very close to many things to do and the beach in particular. Host is very friendly and communicative. Most definitely recommend a stay!

It was excellent 👌

It was a wonderful experience, everything in the house as you can see on the photos and descriptions ; all the equipment, dishes, etc. are new; when you travel with children, you have to cook often and good frying pans are of great importance, and unfortunately this is a rarity in rented housing, everything was at the highest level in this house! The host was very kind in communication, and solved all issues very quickly and with great attention and respect!

Best vacation ever! The house is centrally located and in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and stores. The house is extremely clean and tastefully decorated with ample space. Hosts were extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. The house had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen and beach gear. The amenities were above and beyond what we expected. The backyard was by far our favorite part of the property! It faces an open field which makes it very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed spending the day at the pool and spa and evenings grilling and sitting by the firepit. The fenced in yard was also great for our dog. We had a great time and HIGHLY recommend this property to others. My family and I will definitely return.
