Welcome to Lotus House! We've newly furnished & decorated our home in a relaxing style with your comfort in mind.

You'll fall in love with the charming little beach town of Venice! Our wonderful, idyllic, and pristine Florida beaches are just minutes away, making it a perfect spot for beach lovers.

Centrally located yet boasting quiet surroundings, this home offers an impressive retreat.

You'll love the gorgeous, heated pool and the wonderful outside patio space. This peaceful oasis is nestled in a private, fenced tropical backyard, creating a favorite spot for relaxation.

The heated pool invites you to relax—if you wish, you can take a dip in the pool in the morning or relax in the evening with a glass of wine in our pool lounge area. Enjoy the warm evening hours on our private and secluded terrace in silence.

Our Lotus House offers a well-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen, making meal preparation a breeze.

After an eventful day, you'll find restful sleep on our comfortable mattresses.

We believe Lotus House truly offers the best experience!

Amazing Stay!

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this property for a week, and it was amazing, very clean, and lot of stuff for the beach available for use, the management of the property were all very nice and very welcoming, if we stay in Venice again we will definitely come back here!

Venice Getaway

We rented this home for two weeks and it was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. The fenced in backyard was very private, quiet and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Pool was nice but didn't really use it because the weather wasn't warm enough. A very relaxing stay!

Clean and updated with lovely pool.

This home was clean and updated. Pool was lovely. Michelle and Gerty are very responsive. I accidentally locked myself out and Michelle responded and helped me out right away. I also left clothes at the house, and she was so kind to let me know right away. The thermostat does not go below 72, so if you like your house cold, this wouldn’t be a good fit. They ask that you strip the beds and start them in the washer before you leave. I stay in a lot of VRBO’s and have not been asked to do that before. Although, thinking about that, it made me 100% certain than sheets and bedding were clean when I arrived. So, now I’m viewing that as a positive.

Nice little rental

My first experience with a VRBO property. The property was well represented in the pictures. This is an older home that has been nicely remodeled. Very clean inside, and the pool is well kept and private. If you are looking for a split 2 bed, 2 bath this might work for you. It is on a busy street, and on the flight path of a small airport. Neither one of these things bothered us very much. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Slice of Heaven

First and foremost the property owner and manager are fantastic people. The communication prior to and during our trip was fantastic. We have been to Venice a few times and new our way around. However, if you are new to the area both the manager and owner provide many suggests for places to eat, beaches to visit as well as places to shop. As for the home, the beds are extremely comfortable, the decor is inviting and elegant. We did have a small issue during our stay, but things were handled and taken care of promptly. We will be back again to this home.

Covid is over-Get over it

There is a draconian contract associated with this property with constant references to Covid. No flexibility of check-in times blamed on Covid. There are also a huge list of tasks associated with check out with large dollar penalties if they are not done. Towels washed by guests and put in dryer. Beds stripped by guest, put in washer and started before leaving. Barbecue grill must be immaculate or big dollar penalty. And other tasks that should be handled by the cleaning staff we paid for.

Home Away From Home

Although very attentive to any issue that came up, we feel there were too many issues that did come up that impacted our stay. Some of the pictures shown when we booked were not what actually was portrayed. They were amidst remodeling and we felt they should have been up front and taken time to address before we showed up for our anticipated month long stay. The location is definitely centrally located to beaches, parks and places of interest.

Our family has stayed at several properties in the Venice area over the years, and this one was hands down the cleanest, best equipped, and maintained. Great location. Close to Shamrock Park with bicycle and walking trails and access to the Venitian bike path along the Inland Waterway. The bike paths extend into Venice and a beach. Home very comfortable. Easy access to grocery stores, drug stores, movie theater, and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay!

The house is exceptionally clean. The pool and hot tub are amazing a D a good size for several people to enjoy. Everything is modern and very cosmetically appealing. Michelle was excellent to work with she took care of any issue promptly. I would recommend without reservation and would rent from these ladies again.

Our Summer getaway was fantastic!

We were very pleased with our booking, owner is very nice and helpful and even lives nearby. Neighborhood is quiet, house is clean, and even has some new furniture -- overall in really good condition. You can tell owner cares for the property. We really enjoyed all the nice restaurants (and great authentic Italian food!) and beaches nearby as well. Venice is such a nice place to visit! Highly recommended!
