Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath home with screened lanai and heated salt-cell pool with pool child safety fence in lanai. Large dining area with French doors to the lanai and pool. 10 minutes from famous Siesta Key beach (number 1 in the USA, top 20 in the world) via both bridges.

Spotless home is open, warm and airy with a modern, well-stocked kitchen, king master bed and two full beds.

Ringling Museum, Dali Museum, multiple aquariums, Selby Gardens, downtown Sarasota and many fantastic restaurants, parks, art & culture, shopping, golfing & family activities are nearby.

Free fast WI-FI.

Spacious Master Bedroom has a large closet, large bathroom with two sinks.

2nd Bedroom has two full (double) beds and a large closet.

Bathrooms have bath towels and hand towels. All beds have nice sheets and mattress covers.

The kitchen is open to the dining room (bar) and has a refrigerator, electric stove top, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher & disposal. The dining room table has seating for 8 people. The kitchen is completely equipped with coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses, and many utensils.

Living room has two couches and a large TV. Note: Cable is not provided, so bring your Amazon Fire Stick or other streaming device with you!

Beach towels and children's beach toys are provided.

There is access to the house from the garage.

We ask that you take your shoes off while in the home. We do NOT allow pets.

We do NOT allow parties or large group gatherings.

This is our home away from home and we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

We really enjoyed this stay! This home was very lovely and clean. The pool was exactly what we wanted and our family really enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked with the appliances and cookware we needed to make cooking for ourselves easy. There was also lots of toys, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler for trips to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place.

Another beautiful vacation

This was our second time at this location, and it was like coming home. Loved that we were already familiarized with the house and the super easy drive to Siesta Key Beach. The house is perfect for a family of 5, and we enjoyed the pool so much. It was nice to be able to borrow provided beach sand castle toys, and keep the car in a garage. We did not experience any issues with our stay and cant wait to do it again. We did discover Detwiler's Farm market this time around, and enjoyed shopping there for our meals. Kitchen has everything you need for meals, and plenty of dishes. Neighborhood is quiet and its an easy drive to any store you want, we did not eat out so I cant add anything about local restaurants. Siesta beach is our absolute favorite-and we had perfect weather the entire stay. Thank you David for sharing your home :)

It was a nice stay. The directioms took us to the other half of the road, the first time. Yard could of used a little more love and cleaning up. The grill maybe in a little more of a shaded area. It was hot grilling. The master bathroom shower, definitely could use a different shower head. It was very hard to shower well with a shower head like that. shower head like that.

Quiet hideaway

A well equipped and comfortable home. The private heated pool on the lanai provided a peaceful spot for relaxing.Wonderful couches and recliner in bright living room overlooking the pool made our stay fantastic. The king bed in master was excellent plus en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanities, helped make our time most pleasant. Grocery shops were close by so that was convenient. The only disappointing thing was the location of the house. With few sidewalks it was not ideal for taking leisurely walks in the surrounding area.

Great Find!

This was our first time in the area, and we truly found a wonderful house to stay in for the week. All accommodations were as advertised, and David was very quick with communication. The check-in/check-out process was very quick and easy. The house is situated in an area that provides easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and experiences, and the neighborhood is very quiet as well. The pool is pretty large and we appreciated the pool toys provided. This house is great for families!

Great House

The house is just like the photos. The location is excellent with a super quiet neighborhood. The house is functional and has everything and more than what one needs on vacation. The problems we had were resolved within a few hours. Both the owner David and Dafne Manager were always attentive to needs. I would definitely come back to this place :)

Perfect vacation home

Stayed for a week, family of 5. This was our first time renting a private home over a condo. Might never rent a condo again. House is close to all the beaches, Siesta and Caspersen were our favorites. The kids had so much fun in the pool, really liked having the pool toys. We cooked nearly every meal, kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. The provided description is very accurate. House was very nice and clean, very organized- clear instructions with check out/in. Communication with owner was very easy. Honestly this house was a gem. Would stay again.

Great House / Clean / Heated Pool

The house is about 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach and a little over an hour from Sanibel. The house has been well maintained and the property manager is on his toes about responding to any messages. He has some beach items available to borrow like chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc... It is a beautiful area.

A home away from home

Family of four here with a five year old and 11 year old. When we arrived, we were excited to be able to vacation away from home and have a place all to ourselves. Prior to arrival, David sent a a detailed email with instructions on entering the property, and any additional helpful instructions. The Home was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the pool, being able to grill a couple nights, and gather late night on the couch and eat popcorn together while watching movies. The beach was just over a ten minute drive away, and there were even beach accessories available to use! When we did have an issue, David responded in a reasonable amount of time and his emergency contact was available immediately. Everything was dealt with in a professional manner, and we truly enjoyed our home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will absolutely stay again!

Close enough but not too close.

The property has been spotless both times we stayed at David’s place. The pool is amazing and clean. The heater helps out greatly in the colder months. The water stayed around 90 when we were there so no need for the heater. We will stay here on every visit as long as it is available.

The house itself is fine. However, it is becoming tired and in need of additional cleaning and TLC. Upon arrival there was black mold in both showers. We had to clean the showers and soak the tub in bleach. When running water in the master bathroom it smelled of sulfur. The towels were stained and full of bleach marks. The garbage disposal did not work. We contacted the owner who suggested ways to reset it which did not resolve the problem over the month that we were there. We had to clean the screen-in area before using it. The pool became VERY green over the course of our stay. We told the pool guy who just added more chemicals to no avail. Clearly, the pool needs to be scrubbed clean. The patio stones upon which the BBQ sits have lifted and are not safe. My wife cut her foot open.

We stayed here for spring break with our kids and we enjoyed the house, the convenient location, and the friendly neighbors! We would stay again. David was able to help us with anything we needed and was very prompt with his communication.
