The space
Enjoy the convenience of being in the heart of paradise! This home offers close and easy access to both upscale and discount shopping, restaurants, attractions and, of course, our world renowned Sarasota beaches including #1 rated Siesta Beach!
Comfortably sleeps 5; the master bedroom features a king-sized-bed, large flat screen TV with large built-in IKEA closet with plenty of space for an extended stay. The second bedroom has two twin beds in which one is a trundle (additional twin allows for three twin beds total). The kids will love it! There is also a small desk in the living room-perfect for the working vacation :) The spacious living room has plenty of room for the whole family - it's a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing coastal retreat that features a 65" Flat Screen with streaming Xfinity cable TV and 300 Mbps WiFi. Dining room table seats 4. The bathroom is stocked with plush towels and toilettes to get you through the first few days of your stay. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, Stove, & Keurig Coffee Maker. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and barbecue located out back with over-sized table and sun umbrella. (Entire backyard area is shared with adjoining unit.) Great location off the key that's still close enough but without the traffic. You'll really love being able to walk to so many convenient places. You won't bored here.

-Trash pick-up day is early every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day) Bring garbage and recycle bin to street Tuesday evening.
-Garbage Can & Recycle bin are located along the side of the house: Blue for Plastics, Glass, Cans and Papers. We encourage our guests to do their best to sort the trash & recycle where possible.
-Keurig Coffee Maker provided along with ample amounts of K-Cups.
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
-Non-Refundable pet fee of $150.00 required. (1) One Pet Max under 30lbs
-Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-This property has a maximum parking allowance of two vehicles.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
