The modern California ranch house is just that, it is bright, open and lots of glass for viewing the tropical landscaping for a very beautiful zen modern indoor/outdoor style of living!

The space
The entire house is yours, there is a very nice covered outdoor kitchen great for BBQing and watching the chef at work while you sip on your favorite beverage!

Other things to note
The property does have a separate free standing guest house that is also an AirBnB that’s called the Modern Surf Shack, it too is available with the California Ranch House if you would like to rent both (if their calendars allow it)

Lovely accommodations, with a beautiful view out every window! The host responded quickly to any questions, and was very helpful. The whole place was very clean and comfy!

Really close

One of the most responsive property owners we've ever worked with. Jeremy responded quickly every time from the time of our booking through the end of our stay. The location of the property is excellent. Anything you need is nearby. Food, gas, hiking trails, parks, access to Anna Maria Island, all really excellent. One of the reasons we chose this property was the outdoor space pictured in the listing. Unfortunately, during the spring, this space was virtually unusable. The property has several beautiful oak trees and these trees were busy doing what trees do in the spring - dropping seeds! It created a mess. We swept the deck several times but it was useless as everything would be covered within an hour. (My car was also a mess due to the constant falling seeds and oak waste. I washed my car 7 times in 3 weeks and I could have washed it more! I understand the owner can do nothing about this and the space may be perfect 11 months of the year. The outdoor furniture was also quite dirty due to the constant debris falling from the trees. You will want to cover the outdoor furniture with a towel before using. The inside is really, really close to being good. But many little things kind of added up to make for disappointment. I don't think we would stay here again. The layout of the house was fine but things felt a bit tired. It seemed/looked like there were DYI projects that were just a bit off or unfinished. T

Quiet neighborhood. Clean property with great layout. Location was great for me as it was a close drive to the island and beaches. Also easy to get to Cortez village and surrounding beaches.

Awesome Time in Bradenton

We had an awesome time at this Verbo. The place was much larger than it looked in the photos. Our host took care of any issues that arose. Great place. we would stay here again in a heartbeat😎👍👍👍

House was great

The house was great. Perfect set up for two couples and a beautiful kitchen and open living area. Backyard has a beautiful outdoor space and our dog enjoyed it too. We would definitely go back. Jeremy was very responsive which made it a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable house

Very nice comfortable 2 bedroom home. The owner supplies almost everything besides food. There are paper products and shampoo. The home has a full shaded backyard and plenty of chairs including new beach type folding chair and the use of a bike. Thanks for the wonderful stay

Great space for 4 single women!

The house (pics) was as shown…nice! Lots of great living space. Although we spent most of our time at the beaches we were able to spread out and have our own space when we got home. Jeremy provided 4 really nice beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella which we used for 7 days! There was also a small cooler for our use. We didn’t cook much but kitchen was well equipped. Loved the counter space in addition to the large dining table which was great for our nightly card game. Yard needed a little love but it probably hadn’t received its spring cleaning yet. What beautiful landscape privacy was nice. Beautiful home.

I would suggest adding a and b so that you know the quest house does not come with the big house. We thought it said 3 bedrooms but only ended up being two. But couches worked fine for us. Would stay again.
