We like this place

We have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed it each time. It’s a mother in law apartment with its own separate entrance and direct access to the screened in pool. The neighborhood is quite which makes eating breakfast on the screened in patio a treat.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment in a lovely neighborhood close to so many things we wanted to do and was very comfortable and clean and well stocked for all needs. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful in places to go and things to do. We plan to return next year.

Sarasota fun

Rich was a great host, from greeting us when we arrived to providing so many items, from the crackers and cheese, bottled water, shampoo and conditioner, beach towels and chairs, cooler - so many things that one needs but does not always get! The apartment was perfect for the two of us and we had a lovely time - just wished we could have stayed longer.

Our visit to Sarasota for the holidays was made even more memorable thanks to Rich and Denise's wonderful hospitality. Their home was the perfect home away from home. From the thoughtful welcome treat that greeted us to the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the space. Communication was prompt and seamless, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Rich even texted us one morning when he noticed the lights were left on in our car. It’s clear Rich and Denise take pride in creating a warm and inviting experience for their guests. The very best hosts in VRBO!

Rich and Denise are awesome and their property was perfect. From the cheese, crackers and sparkling grape juice upon arrival - - to helping me with printing something we needed - - they were great! Home away from home

This is our new favorite place to stay in Sarasota :) We've been regular visitors for 35 years and most often stayed at the beach but we love the peace and quiet of this neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need and is truly a home away from home. The hosts Rich and Denise are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. Top marks for everything.

We love this place

We have stayed here multiple times. It has been excellent every time. The unit is actually much nicer than the pictures would indicate. It’s a quiet neighborhood and not by the beach or action, but it suits our needs perfectly. The pool is wonderful.

Best hosts I’ve ever had!!

Wish I could give a 10 star rating! Rich and Denise make you feel right at home from the start! Very easy checkin process and very clean apartment. Shower is fantastic and the layout is perfect for a family of 4. Bed is very comfortable. They have anything and everything you will need for beach vacation or just to stay. Gave us great advise on places to eat and visit why there as well. Very down to earth couple and fantastic hosts! Even gave me some aloe for my sunburn the first day there! Will definitely look to stay here again if I’m back down this way! Thanks for a fabulous week

Another Enjoyable Stay

This is our second time here. Apartment well stocked, great location and nice neighborhood with good parking. King bed is very comfortable. Hosts go the extra mile providing snacks and beverage upon arrival and quick to respond to needs. Power went out and Rich was right there with a flashlight.

Excellent apartment & great location, highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment. Felt like home in this lovely quiet neighborhood, which despite being quiet is in a great location close to everything you need. We enjoyed the screened lanai and the pool area and having a private pool all to ourselves. We loved the nice & welcoming touch of crackers, cheese and sparkling grape juice and pods for the coffee machine. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a large desk which is great for anyone needing to do a bit of work on the laptop while there, or just to use for storage. Plenty of books to read as well, no need to bring your own. The hosts Rich and Denise are lovely and helpful with anything you need. Highly recommend this rental and would stay again.

Very clean, quite and relaxing. Centrally located near restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The manager saw to any of our needs, very helpful, couldn't ask for anything better. Glad we picked this rental.
