  • Beautiful home located minutes from Siesta Key Beach in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. This house has been refurnished , So everything is brand new. This home is in walking or biking distance to great restaurants, or walking and biking in the great neighborhood. Enjoy the siesta village stores and restaurants and absolutely beautiful sunsets at siesta beach. Every bedroom has a HD smart TV and wireless internet throughout the home. Enjoy cooking out on the new weber grille and relaxing out on the lanai watching your favorite show on the mounted TV or listening to music and just enjoying the company of your friends and family. Take a swim in the salt water heated pool, the pool is heated Nov 1 through Feb 28 at 84 degrees. Create great memories as you relax and enjoy yourself in the Siesta Key area. Take a bike ride to the beach on one of the bikes that are provided for you to use throughout your stay. Enjoy Sunday evenings at siesta beach at the drummers circle.

Absolutely perfect! Everything was so clean and beautiful. Pool was amazing, screened in porch was the best, close to everything, tons of bikes to use, beach stuff and so many wonderful memories made!

We had a great time staying in the villa We found that it was in a good location. Good restaurants near by especially Max’s Table for breakfast. Also very handy for the beach as it is just 5 minutes down the road

Wonderful stay! Highly recommend. Home is beautiful and well maintained. Pool was awesome. Location is great so close to siesta key beach. We won’t hesitate to stay again when visiting the area. Matt is a great host.

Paradise Cove

Beautiful landscape surrounding a pool, clean and private setting. Quiet neighborhood and close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, parks and recreation. Rental has everything you'll need plus more than expected. Would recommend this a great vacation spot.

Another wonderful week spent here. Check in was easy and we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen for when we decided to eat in. The location is easy and safe neighborhood. Will stay here again!!

Great location and amenities

Beautiful home in a safe area. Owner had all the amenities needed for our stay. Loved the beach chairs and high end appliances. Would definitely plan on staying again when we are back in Sarasota.

Loved our stay

We had the best time and loved the location. We rode the bikes and didn't need to rent a car. The neighborhood had very nice coffee shops and restaurants and very close to the beach. We would love to come back next year.

Another great time at Matt's place.

Family and I again enjoyed a stay at Matt's rental. Matt is always easy to work with. Property is always clean and well stocked, pool is warm and a great place to end a day at the beach.Property is at a great location, Close to beach, groceries,and restaurants.Our 4th stay in 2 years, and would not hesitate renting again.

Great Booking

We enjoyed our first stay so much we booked this place for a second time. My family loves the location, the use of bikes for exploring and the great pool area. We spent a lot of time in the lanai. No concerns, we felt safe and had another great week.

Great return stay!

This was our second time staying and it was just as wonderful as the first! The new outdoor furniture was a nice added touch! Matt is great to work with and very communicative!

What a wonderful place!

The owner was extremely helpful and informative . The house is well furnished with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, even a large selection of wine glasses which is uncommon in our experience. The location is very convenient to restaurants and the highway to access the reaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Holiday Fun

We were able to spend a week at this property with family for the Christmas holiday. The home is perfect to enjoy the heated pool with the kids. The screened porch and living area were relaxing. The beds were comfortable! The location was perfect to get around siesta key and other areas that we needed!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is stocked with everything that you could need. They were so nice to work with. The house is located very close to beaches,shopping, and restaurants. The house was very clean and we loved the pool area. The street is very quite and it was such a relaxing place.

Graduation Vacation

We enjoyed the house very much. It was clean and just like the pictures shown on VRBO. The location was great in reference to beaches, eating, and sight seeing. Loved having a pool to enjoy!!! Lisa and her husband were great in welcoming us to stay at the property. Lisa was quick to respond when contacted. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

We are a family of 4 and had a great time at the apartment. Particular highlights were the modern appliances in the house. The heated pool was a fantastic way to relax. What we loved most was the close proximity to the beach, making it the perfect getaway for beach lovers. Lisa was very friendly and responsive! I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My family & I had an amazing time. The house was very clean & well stocked. We loved the pool& going for bike rides at night. The location of the house was perfect. Only a few minutes drive to several places. We would definitely stay again. The host was very nice to work with. Answered all my questions immediately.

A great experience

This vacation was outstanding! It was so nice to have a clean place with everything you could think of in it! Even an outdoor shower before entering the pool! Great location near the bridge. The pool was a hit! It was nice to be able to go for a swim after dinner and it’s just us. I would definitely rent from Matt again he was super responsive and easy to talk to! Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay

Great property overall and close to many shops and restaurants. The extra amenities that were provided (including beach toys, beach towels and bikes) were very convenient and the kids really enjoyed the pool! The only downside is that Siesta Key Beach is a 10 minute drive to the beach and the house is not located near the Siesta Breeze Trolly (it’s about a half hour walk to the closest stop). Lisa, the property manager, made our check in very easy and was waiting for us upon arrival at the house! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation!

My family loved our time here and would absolutely stay again in the future. Plenty of amenities that will enhance your stay, such as a fully stocked kitchen, pool toys, bikes, tv and a wonderful lanai to enjoy evenings outside. The property was incredibly clean, and I say this as a bit of a germaphobe. The property is an easy driving distance from restaurants, grocery stores, Target, the beach, etc. You won't feel isolated which was my initial concern when opting to stay in a neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay!!
