Renovated home with new kitchen! Casually Elegant family compound set on a huge double lot (approx. 15,000 sq. ft), boasts 3775 sq. ft of bright, wide-open, spacious, free flowing living. (3775 includes mother-in-law suite)

This is a unique property that has a mother-in-law suite that can be rented separately if available. (NOT AVAILABLE through December 2024)

Rent the main house (3 bedroom, 2.5 baths) that sleeps 8 (or 10 if you include a sleeper sofa)

Current listing is only for main house and quote is only for main house.

The mother-in-law suite has a separate entry.

You can bike to the beach in about 5-10 minutes as it is just 2 miles.

The king sized master suite, contains a world class walk-in closet, the extra touch of crown molding, sand blasted glass doors to closet and bathroom plus French doors at entry.
Complimenting the suite is the master’s luxury bathroom with a 60 gallon Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in tiled two headed shower, tumbled stone tile flooring, siltstone tops and solid wood bead board cabinets.

We really enjoyed our Sarasota visit, and this was the perfect home base. Great, spacious, clean and comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to Siesta Key and quick drive to downtown happenings. There were 6 of us and it worked great. Thank you David!

Very spacious and roomy home, very well kept and accommodating had beach chairs, umbrella cooler and even a stroller if needed available for use. Came in handy since we forgot to bring our chairs and umbrella on the trip

Very clean and spacious house minutes to the beach!! Owners were quick to respond and brought extra bikes which was greatly appreciated! Great location to beach, great food and church. Definitely would stay here again!

Family Trip to Sarasota / Siesta Key

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was extremely clean, well organized and updated. I'll be honest the main reason I booked is because it is family owned and that gave me comfort in knowing that we would be taken care of. And we were. This home is bigger than the pictures show! It was a treat to use the awesome walk in closet! There was plenty of space to lounge and relax! Only 1 TV for those who need separate viewing areas. Loved the large island in the kitchen and it had everything we needed (minus a rolling pin for making pizza dough :)) It was in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood; just a few miles from Siesta Key beach. I was able to take long morning walks to the beach. Truly a perfect vacation spot for my family. Thank you, owners!

Little getaway with the hubby

Such a wonderful experience! The house is gorgeous and quite large. David and Molly are amazing. We drove to the beach each day. It’s a short drive depending on traffic. Overall wonderful!

Amazing stay

Staying at this property made our trip so much better. It was an ideal location being just a bike ride away from the beach. I stayed with 4 of my friends and we had plenty of enough space. The hosts made sure we had a smooth check in and an easy to understand check out process. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Stayed for 32 days. Quiet, safe, and accessible neighborhood. Property is large, clean, and well equipped. David was friendly and responsive to any problems or concerns. He also let us use the garage, which was not included in the contract. Overall stay was pleasant!

Best Hosts Ever

This home is beautiful in an awesome neighborhood. The neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. There are so many great things to say about this rental, but the absolute best is how awesome the hosts are. David went well above his call of duty to ensure we had a great vacation. If you are planning a trip to Siesta Key Beach area I would highly suggest you rent this property!! The beds are all comfortable, the hosts have thought of the small details such as toiletries, games and coloring books for the kids, bikes, beach toys and chairs. I can’t say enough good things about this place!! Rent this property and I promise you will not be disappointed!

The property was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Close enough to siesta key/ lido key beaches if you have a rental car. Right off main road so easy access to every store you can imagine. Would stay with them again when I come back!

This home had it all! Super spacious and in a quiet area. We had a party of six and everyone had their own space. It is absolutely beautifully done.
