Beautiful home on an 18 holes golf course

Beautiful bright house with total privacy from neighbors and golfers is waiting for you to open its doors. This house will give you the space and tranquility that you need. Golf membership can be transferred for $250. This gated community is centrally located on Palmer Ranch, nearby Sarasota Square Mall (4AMC movie theater), and just minutes from the most beautiful and well known Siesta Key Beach, 30 minutes away from St. Armand Circle, and UTC Mall, Ringling Museum, etc... The Legacy Trail walking and biking trail is right outside the gate. Stoneybrook Gold & Country club has so much activities to offer to its residents and visitors such as 4 tennis court, Bocce ball court, fitness club, an outside large heated swimming pool with a jaccuzi. January February and March booking will not be accepted if dates are in sitting between two months, and minimum staying is 28 nights. Thank you :-). From April to November, a minimum staying of 15 days is required

Tropical paradise

This is a beautiful large home with a large private pool and beautiful, tropical foliage. You can sit at the outdoor table and feel as if you are in a rainforest. Stoneybrook is a lovely gated country club community with an excellent, newly re-done 18 hole golf couse. You are a short drive to Siesta Key beach or downtown Sarasota. Denise is truly the kindest, most accomodating host I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. She goes out of her way to ensure her guests have everything they need. If you are looking for some time in the Florida sunshine, I highly recommend this property.

Family Holiday Celebration

Wonderful week at a beautiful home. We were celebrating a combined Thanksgiving and Christmas. We were delighted to find a fully decorated Christmas tree upon arrival which the host went to the trouble of setting up for us. Just one example of the wonderful, caring hosts of this property. Communication was great and any small issues were immediately addressed.

Snow Birds 2024

This is by far the best VRBO that we have ever rented. Super people to rent from, great home to live in. Any concerns are immediately responded to and fixed. Beautiful house, the pictures don’t do it justice!

Denise was there to meet us upon arrival, she is the most warm and welcoming host you could ever wish for! If you are new to vacay rentals, let me tell you, it doesn’t matter how great the house is, not having a kind and attentive host can really make renting a frustrating experience. Denise was amazing! The house is everything you could wish for, and then some! It’s located in a beautiful, gated community and centrally located to everything you need. Minutes to Siesta Key Beach. The neighborhood boasts a golf course and clubhouse with a hot tub, pool and restaurant. Denise’s pool was all we needed!! The pool and large lanai is surrounded by beautiful trees making it both private and giving you the feel of staying at a fancy resort. My husband grilled while the kids swam, so much fun! The house has a beautiful master suite that opens up to the pool and lanai with a huge walk in closet and very large bathroom. The other 3 rooms are nice sized and located on the other side of the house, giving us more privacy from the kiddos. There are so many fun upgrades, including a huge garden tub in the master bath and those cool rainfall showerheads in the other bathrooms. The huge gourmet kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. Icemaker in the fridge, convection oven and induction stovetop were great additions! I loved that I could watch the kids in the pool from the kitchen, master bedroom and living room! Also, hard to tell from the pictures, but the TV in the LR was HUGE, 70” I believe. Cable TV with DVR. Internet was great. The house has great AC (We’ve stayed in rentals before with older units that couldn’t keep up with the Florida heat, no fun!) and we loved having a piano for our son to play too! If you’re looking for a beautiful, spacious house in a quiet, pristine neighborhood with a wonderful, gracious host, look no further!!
