The Neighborhood:
Arlington Park is a quiet, established neighborhood near the center of Sarasota. Downtown dining, galleries and the bayfront are a short drive away. St. Armands Circle and Lido Beach are just over the Ringling Bridge, and Siesta Key Beach is a short drive south.

Getting Around:
A car is best. Tamiami Trail and Bahia Vista Street are both nearby.

• Minimum stay: 7 nights, a City of Sarasota requirement
• Sleeps 10
• The primary guest must be 25 or older and stay for the whole booking
• No events or parties, and no smoking
• Quiet hours are observed out of respect for neighbors
• No Pets
