Anna Maria Sunsets - studio

This condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street with two heated pools. A private pergola with amazing ocean views and watercraft rentals. Beach chairs are included at no extra charge. Restaurants, cafes, bars, gifts shops, grocery stores, boat/water craft activity rentals and Ice Cream shops are within a short walk. Manatees are known to a habitat the bay are during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean. Parking is included at no extra charge. There is a FREE island trolly that can take you around the island and a pick up/drop off location is right in front of the Tortuga Inn.

Within the condo: the studio sleeps 4 comfortable. Queen bed with a pullout couch for additional sleeping. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, and plenty of closet space. A large bathroom, walk in shower with dual shower heads. Also includes basic cable and FREE wifi.

Although this is a new property with out many reviews I do have two other properties so you can check my history as an owner. The listing ID's on VRBO are; 1626279 and 7850036. This is also good to know if you have a large group and want to book multiple properties to stay close to one another. The properties are all at the Tortuga Inn.

For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.

Actually did not meet with Will however communication via text and telephone work easy and cordial, especially when the water heater expired as far as amenities they are bare boned to say the least, no flatware no dishes, no glassware for your cocktails however having said this, I know what to bring next time as this is Ana Maria Island everybody wants to stay on Ana Maria Island, and with the trolley right at the driveway I would stay at Will‘s place again definitely

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the island. The building is across the street from the beach and it's nice that the beach chairs are provided right at the beach. Nice easy short walk. The room has a mini fridge and there is an ice machine by the main pool. Due to the setup of the bathroom and "kitchenette" area, it would be nice if there was a door by the toilet to give a little more privacy and ability to use the sink/shower/kitchenette while someone else can use the toilet, but that's just feedback and not to be a negative reflection of the room. Someone mentioned chores in another review that I thought was ridiculous. There is a list of checkout procedures which includes taking your trash to the dumpster and stripping the bed. I'd hardly call it chores or a reflection of a review of the room. The pictures make the room look dark which we were a little concerned with but there is more lighting on a dimmer switch that provided good lighting. It's an interior room in a building complex, so there are not windows. Overall the room was clean and in a great location and perfect for a couple. We were able to watch the sunrise at the dock and sunset at the beach. Host was communicative and friendly. We did not need to contact him during our stay.

Zero beach view from the room. With a substantial walk there seems to be a potential beach view. Lovely place. Ask him if he thought he communicated well enough. The shower is amazing. The ac situation isn’t clear. I own several rentals. I don’t make my renters do chores in the morning. The email checkout time is 11am. The list of chores says 10am. Parking is super easy. There’s plenty. I would definitely stay here again. Not for this price though. Sorry.

The room was in good condition, we had no interaction with any staff at all. There was no plates and very little utensils provided. The beach was right across the street, which was a big positive. The bed was too soft for my liking, but that is just a personal preference.

Nice little get away spot. Two heated pools right across from the beach and restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean and the two headed extra large shower was a very nice plus!!! Hope to stay again in the future.

Place was clean. Shower was awesome. Beach is right across the street! Had to move the coffee pot to the bathroom to use it. It’s by the mini fridge but you would have to move the fridge to plug in the coffee pot? Miss match furniture. I’ve stayed in many places for years! When you walk into a condo it should be inviting, and show you care about your guest! Furniture can be painted one color, it doesn’t have to match, just paint it and it will look beautiful! Just a thought:)

No beach view from the room, but quick and easy access to the beach. Clean room and had all of the amenities needed for a few days. Having beach chairs and beach towels was super helpful. Host was helpful and gave check in info in a timely manner, did not have to contact host after check in because things went smoothly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
