Increíble hermoso estudio

Habitación de 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, entrada privada, acceso wifi, hermosa vista a la piscina, muy cerca de restaurantes y centros comerciales. Muy tranquilo, apto para máximo 2 personas. Hermosa vista del patio trasero que tiene muchos árboles y la vista es increíble. Hay una pequeña nevera y un microondas. Hay una cafetera en el estudio también. Cama muy cómoda. Acceso a wifi 24/7. Acceso a la piscina.

Clean and comfortable. Perfect for my needs.

Very nice bedroom and bathroom with private access. Very friendly landlord. A lovely pool is there for your use if you want (although I didn't take advantage of it)

Quiet and relaxing stay

This little unit has so much potential! If you’re looking for a quiet no frills accommodation, you’ll be satisfied I’m sure. That being said, there’s definitely room for improvement. A keyless entry would be so much better. The unit itself really needs updating and could really be 5star! The grounds are very neglected as well as the pool area, with plants growing out of the gutters, lanai and pool area. I think there’s a solar pool heater but it’s not working. I’d love to get my decorating/working hands on this one!

PROs: Quiet and safe neighborhood. Convenient to downtown and restaurants. First visit since 1983 when great aunt moved to live with us in Jacksonville. CONs: Traffic was miserable.

Vacay in Sarasota

Everything was great! The owners gave me some mangos and made the stay enjoyable! The only thing I would change about my stay would be the mattresses. It made so much noise. If I changed my sleep position is would squeak. Other than that I highly recommend it’s so close to everything and nice neighborhood

Long weekend stay

This was our first time not staying on the island because we booked our trip last minute. Booking this property was easy and the property manager answered all of our questions promptly and accurately. Our stay was pleasant and we had no issues. The room is exactly what is advertised!

Great place!

This is perfect for a couple. Private, quiet and clean. Pool is delightful. Our host Mina accommodated us immediately when we asked for some extra coffee and towels! He even brought us fresh mango juice! We think this place is a gem!

Very good for our long weekend get away

If you are looking for a long weekend get away and don’t mind the 15 minute drive to the public beach, this unit worked well for us. The host and his father were super nice, checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay and even greeted us with a pitcher of freshly squeezed mango juice made from the tree in the backyard. Thank you for hosting us, we appreciated your place.

Small Studio Stay

It was okay for the short weekend getaway. The room was connected to the rest of the house through a door that you can hear the residents. Only 2 towels provided and no wash cloths.A small stepping stone walkway to get to the studio. Also required to park in a small part of the drive and was in the bushes to avoid being on the sidewalk. Overall, it was okay.

Five Stars 💫

I highly recommend this stay for those seeking a sparkling clean, tranquil, stress-free environment. All amenities and appliances were like new, and our privacy was well respected. I am a PhD student studying in the area, and I also have a small child. The host was very welcoming and attentive. Daily the host would greet us with a smile and a treat of some sort. Super sweet host ! We enjoyed our Christmas Holiday in the stay, we felt right at home. We are currently awaiting HOA approval for our home, but we will return depending upon timing. 🙂
