**IMPORTANT Note About the Property Layout**

Please be aware that the main villa you are renting is part of a larger residential building. Adjacent to the villa, there is a small apartment on the right rear side and a studio near the driveway to the left of the maun villa you're renting. These spaces might be occupied by the owners' family or friends, or vacation rental guests occasionally. Rest assured, the spaces are completely separate with private entrances - ensuring no shared access or interaction during your stay.

Your privacy and exclusive use of the villa, all amenities, and outdoor spaces (including the backyard, pool, jacuzzi, and front yard) remain undisturbed. Everything pictured in the listing is solely for your enjoyment.

As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you avoid blocking the gate to the left of the garage door and observe quiet hours BOTH INDOORS AND OUTDOORS.
Should you have any questions or wish to clarify further, please don’t hesitate to reach out - we’re happy to assist!

This is a heritage, very charming Florida villa. Please do not expect everything to be in immaculate shape. We will do our best to make sure issues are addressed properly and in a timely manner (some things can take overnight or longer but most are addressed immediately/same day).
Please, no events, no parties. Small family/friends gatherings are not an issue as long as no loud music or noises (6-8 people max).
The villa offers 4 large flat panel TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with a gorgeous dining area, WiFi, extended TV package, gas barbecue grill, beach cart with beach chairs/umbrella, and much more.
Across the street from the neighborhood, there's a Publix shopping plaza with a number of shopping & dining options, a bar area, and a smaller strip plaza with even more options, literally within 5-7 min walking.
The home is located in the heart of South Sarasota, and getting on & off the Key is very convenient.
We can also provide assistance with water sports, boat rentals, fishing, bicycle rentals, local event tickets, etc., assuring preferential rates for our guests through a vast network of affiliate businesses we've built over the last 16 years.
Upon request we can provide the following rentals/services:
- Street legal golf carts
- Bicycles & tricycles
- Motorized scooter(s)
- The ultimate boat tour can be booked (your boat, your captain, no share, at a super reasonable rate, guests only, please)
- Parasailing, canoes, kayaks, jet skis, paddleboards
- Light grocery shopping
- Baby & toddler items
- Private fishing charters and much more...

Please keep in mind that owners charge a $30/night pool maintenance/equipment/heating for the full duration of your stay, no partial requests. You will receive an email or a text message with a link to an invoice, which is separate from all other VRBO charges.
Parties over 6 (adult or child) & up to 10 will be assessed an extra occupancy fee of $29-59/person/night. For example: A party of 8 staying 4 nights will be assessed additional 2ppl X $39 X 4 nights = 2X39X4 = $312
Most pets are welcome. Please be specific about type of pet, breed and weight. Owners charge a $125 pet fee per booking (pets up to 50lb) and will use their discretion for final approval. Pets aren't allowed on furniture, inside the pool, or jacuzzi. Please clean after your pet as additional pet cleaning fees will be assessed up to $1500 depending on how severe the damages, stains, etc. may be.

Please be advised that the villa has
a 24-hour outdoor surveillance system for no soliciting and guest safety purposes.

Please do not expect a hotel experience and if there are a couple of items you might need such as soap, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, etc., please go ahead and supply them yourself (owners will reimburse up to $25 upon submitting a purchase receipt).
We assure you that you will have a very private and ambient experience and will do our best to make you as comfortable as possible.
Please be respectful to owners' space and belongings.
Sarasota offers a very safe & convenient bus transportation system. Uber, Lyft, or regular taxi cabs are great alternatives to public transportation as well. Siesta Key offers free rides from any point on the Key to any point on the Key (tip based).
We can arrange FREE transportation to & from the Key (tip based & based on availability). Please let us know at least one week in advance if interested.

The communication was above and beyond expectations. The transportation to the beach was great. The amenities were wonderful. Totally enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hose was clean, spacious and well stocked. We would definitely go back.

Nice house in a perfect location for enjoying the activities, restaurants and arts scene around Sarasota and Siesta Beach. It had all the amenities we needed, plus some nice extra touches. The hot tub, pool and entire backyard area were great bonuses. Communication with Ven was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Mom and I loved our stay. We enjoyed the beach that was very close by, and having the grocery store in the same neighborhood made it convenient to get any last minute necessities. This is a perfect location made easier by us having a rental car, but you could easily uber everywhere you need. The home was clean and spacious, and best of all we got to enjoy the pool between our beach time.

House is nice and big, has the extras you would need for the beach or cooking at the house. Although we didn’t use there is a hot tub, pool and ping pong table. The hot tub was not working while we were there temp was showing in the 80’s, made owner aware. That was a bummer bc we would have used in the mornings. Check in was

Nice place with 3 bedrooms. Back yard deck pool & hot tub were super. The extra non-VRBO owner fee ($60) was odd, listed but I forgot about it & got locked out after being let in. Odd, but vrbo mgr very responsive & helpful. Would return there for sure for sarasota area lodging.

A great value and very pleased with the stay. The house and property were clean. The beds, chairs and couches we’re comfortable, but the house is a bit dated. Notably, old carpet and old blinds which are missing parts. The neighbors back-yard were also a bit rough. I would stay again as these things are to be expected for such a good price.

My wife and I and our four adult children loved our stay here. The back yard heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, grill and covered patio made for awesome evenings after being at the beach all day. Publix is within walking distance as well as many other conveniences. The host was very prompt and easy to reach, but we had no issues. We definitely recommend this property.

We had a great experience at this property. The place was clean and the backyard was wonderful. My two boys loved the pool and hot tub and they both came in real handy on the one rainy day we couldn’t go to the beach. Ven, the property manager was great. He communicated with us and responded to text questions quickly. He also gave us some pretty go recommendations on restaurants and things to do. We will definitely book with him again

Property was nicer than shown in pictures. This is an older home but very well kept. The backyard was amazingly gorgeous & lined with beautiful palm trees! Plenty to enjoy with the pool, hot tub, & our family favorite - the ping pong table. This kept our family busy in the evenings after days spent at the beach, shopping & a college tour! Ven was excellent to communicate with. He followed up with any call/text quickly and checked in on us often to see if we needed anything. He had new beach chairs delivered immediately after we discovered a couple at the house were broken. He gave us a laundry list of things to do and recommendations for dining. We rented a car and found the drive to the Key & Siesta Beach very easy. The grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's and Walgreens were all extremely close and most within walking distance. Plenty of dining options and things to do in the area. There was lots of room for our family of four (including one teen and one tween) to spread out and relax. Great escape!
