  • Esta casa de cuatro dormitorios tiene capacidad para seis a ocho personas. Recientemente renovado nuevo verano de 2017 cocina de concepto abierto blanco, contadores de mármol, moderno fregadero cuadrado isla grande, nuevas vanidades en los dos cuartos de baño con encimeras de piedra. Casa cuenta con una piscina privada y la lista de extras entre los que se encuentran Internet de alta velocidad y una nueva HDTV. (Estancia mínima de 8 días)

    Nuestra casa de la piscina de Sarasota es grande en el estilo, con muebles de colores brillantes y cómodos, una pantalla de ocio en la zona de la piscina para la privacidad y patio trasero privado para usted (y su perro pequeño). El barrio también tiene un camino marcado de correr a lo largo de la bahía para los entusiastas del ejercicio.

We had a great week at this lovely house. Close driving range to all the local beaches. Lots to do around Sarasota. The covered pool and porch was fantastic. Quick response by our hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice property. The kids loved having a pool and the fact the pool was enclosed with a screen was so nice for keeping the bugs away. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beautiful beaches close by, however the closest, Indian beach is closed until further notice due to the last hurricane. I would definitely book again.

Our stay was wonderful loved the house. And of course the pool it was awesome. The host was great too. When my husband accidentally locked us out. She was on it and told us how to get a key. Vacations are never long enough but was able to visit with family who lived nearby. Without imposing on their home. Love to stay again in the future.

The house was just as described. It was perfect for us and our adult children and grandbaby. The screened in pool was great! Being able to bring the dogs along was the best. Elicia was great to communicate with. Fast response to any questions. We never ran out of hot water! And believe me it got HOT. We would stay here again. Beaches were about 20 minutes away.

This house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a brand new grill. The pool area was great for lounging and outdoor eating and the backyard was perfect for the doggo. The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk to Indian Beach for the sunset. We rent in Sarasota every March for the month and this was our favorite rental so far.

This house was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Elicia was wonderful to communicate with, and she responded promptly when we had a little snafu (locked ourselves out one evening!).. would stay here again in a heartbeat, everything was great.

Great Property!

This property is great for all ages. The location is nice and the atmosphere is cozy. We were not too far from Tampa and so close to the Lido Beach. We enjoyed our trip and will definitely think about booking here again!

Wonderful stay in nice locatoin

We really enjoyed the property location, which allowed for nightly walks through a charming neighborhood to see the sunset over the beach. It is also convenient to the main thoroughfare and key attractions. Large backyard, plus room to spread out inside the house. Wonderful stay!

Paradise awaits!

Very spacious home with a beautiful pool in the private backyard. The hosts were very responsive! The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown restaurants and shopping! So relaxing!

Sarasota Family Celebration

This was a perfect place for my sisters and their husbands as we stayed in Sarasota for a week to celebrate our parents' 60th anniversary. The pool was a bonus. The living room and back porch with a nice table is perfect for morning coffee and family conversations.

Coming back next year!

It was a great place to stay. Have been coming to Sarasota for more than twenty years we will stay here every time we come back if we can. A great host, house and location. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pool was great! Close to everything we enjoy doing and great neighborhood to walk our dog. Staying here again next spring.

Our host responded quickly when we had questions. She gave us suggestions on places to eat. She even mapped out a running path for our children who are preparing for cross county season. Previous renters had left a beach umbrella and beach chairs. There were beach towels and some pool floats. When we arrived, we noticed that the sofa was somewhat dirty and there was some hair on the throw pillows. When we notified our host, she immediately scheduled someone to come out and professionally clean the sofa. She also offered to send the housekeeper back out to clean the property again. It's an older property with some upgrades. Our teenagers loved that Starbucks and Dunkin were both within a quarter mile of the home. We would come back again. I've never had a host go so far above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Great house close to everything

We had a great stay. The pool isn't heated so we couldn't enjoy it and the mattresses definitely need updating but all in all it was a great spot for us to spend winter break. Thanks for having us!

Great place

My family and I enjoyed the location, the home, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and will be back again! It was clean and stocked with necessitates such as bath towels and first samples of laundry, dish detergent, and soap. Close to grocery stores and beaches!!! Great place to stay with a family!

Very convenient

We had a very relaxing stay for 3 weeks. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a morning walk. Great location for beaches and downtown attractions. Hope we will be returning soon.

Wonderful location in Sarasota

This home is in a great location close to the Tamiami Trail. We were able to ride our bikes around the neighborhood and into downtown Sarasota. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful.
