The space
Make yourself comfortable in the welcoming living area, where you’ll find a lavish new sofa and love seat set in front of a large flat-screen TV. Log on to WiFi, or watch your favorite movies on the smart TV which includes a wealth of streaming platforms for your viewing pleasure - Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, Hulu, and many more.

Clean and comfortable Sarasota home

This 3 bedroom home was perfect for our family visit to Sarasota. The house was very clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated that supplies for outings to the beach (small cooler, beach bag, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.) were available. The only issue we had (broken coffee maker) was resolved in a few hours after we reported it. The website pictures of the house are an accurate reflection of the rental. The location is convenient to grocery stores, etc. We would stay again.

Nice Home

Two parents and 3 teenagers stayed for soccer tournament in Lakewood Ranch. Check in process was simple and communication was very good. Neighborhood was fair. Felt safe but many unkept homes. The property was clean and well kept. Simple decorations, nothing fancy. Most amenities were provided, although no common kitchen leftovers like salt/pepper, ketchup, oil, or coffee. No big deal. The displayed patio has a wall mount AC that works well but they prefer it doesn’t run when not in use so it says hot and stuffy in summer. Also, unusual smell coming from the patio makes it hard to be there. Honestly I couldn’t place it but it was definitely there. There was TVs in all rooms with good wireless so a strong there. Otherwise, the place was as advertised. I’d say it was a solid no frills stay.

Perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake Sarasota house. It was very clean and large enough to comfortably fit my wife and I and 4 boys competing in the Youth National Rowing competition. Communication with the property mgr was seamless. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, A/C worked well, plenty of towels and washer/dryer available. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property

This was our first time renting a home for our vacation, the house was beautiful, comfortable and so clean and the neighborhood is so quiet and beautiful, if we go to Sarasota again i would stay there again.
