Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this Florida abode features an impressive lanai pool and proximity to numerous attractions in the area! Walk the white beaches of Siesta Key Beach, shop at the boutique stores of St. Armand's Circle, and peruse the streets of downtown Sarasota. With incredible amenities inside and out, this 1,900-square-foot home ensures an unforgettable beach getaway for 8 lucky guests!
    THE PROPERTY

    Step inside this quaint Florida home, spread out and settle into your Sarasota vacation! Throughout the house, large windows display the lush garden and massive live Oak in the front yard, while tasteful decorations and colorful walls add pizazz to the interior.
    Plush couches invite you to unwind in the spacious living area. After a day on the beach, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or read the novel you've always meant to start. In the morning, savor a cup of coffee in the warmth of natural light.
    Outside, a 1,300-square-foot lanai with a 23x15-foot pool awaits you and your travel companions. Take a refreshing dip in the cool water before lounging under the sun in the protection of the covered patio. Before dinner, enjoy cocktails and snacks around the comfortable outdoor furnishings while the kids play a game of football on the well-manicured lawn.
    The fully equipped kitchen is prepared to handle all of your home-cooking needs. Essential appliances and ample counter space allow you to create meals of any size. Savor hearty dinners around the 6-person dining table or feast al fresco at the 6-person patio table.

    End your perfect beach day by shopping at the boutique stores of St. Armand's Circle, located only 10 minutes from Lido Key Beach. The area features numerous options for shopping and dining.

    Explore the streets of downtown Sarasota located less than 6 miles from the house. Visit the various art galleries in the area before dining out at delicious restaurants such as Duval's for fresh seafood or Selva for Peruvian dishes!

Evelyn was an amazing host.She was always in communication and helping with any minor issues we ran into. House was very nice and peaceful and the best part was the pool. Kitchen had great appliances and cooking pans and the beds were really comfy which can make or break a stay. Thanks again for having us!

Getting away from winter weather

Relaxing getaway

House was fully stocked with everything you could need and more, even had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Beds were so comfy. Pool was great, so nice to be able to go swimming at anytime, day or night. House is located close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. I would stay again for sure.

Loved It!

We all had an amazing time! Beautiful pool, well kept, comfortable, and a nice quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend #hashtag cafe - a coffee shop a few minutes from the house. I would absolutely book again.

Just Right!

Great property for relaxation. Perfect set-up for everyone to have their own space to sleep. The pool was clean and lots of seating in lanai. Great communication from owner.

Great House

The house was well-provisioned. Plenty of plates, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. The owner was generous with paper products and cleaning supplies on hand. Best part was the wonderful pool area, with comfortable seating under cover plus lounges for sunning. Beds were comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!

Super nice

It was everthing we expected and more. Spent a lot of time in the pool :) Grilled meals outside and cooked inside meals too. Loved the relaxation area outside too(with an outside mini fridg too).

Sarasota House

The property was very clean. The house had everything you needed for cooking, relaxing and hanging out. We enjoyed using the pool, playing cards and games and the amazing patio. Most beaches were 20 minutes away. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. Evelyn was amazing communicating with us. Would 100% stay here again. Neighborhood was very safe.

Enjoyed Our Time

We all enjoyed our stay. Easy check in check out. Loved the very comfortable sofas, and plenty of space for everyone. Good location to beach and downtown Sarasota. Liked the pool, but water was too cold to swim comfortably. Hot tub would be a great addition!

Hidden Gem

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home is has so many amenities including all you need to prepare meals and dine in. The backyard with a HUGE patio area, pool and pool cage became the go to daytime living quarters. I highly recommended this place and would stay here again when visiting the Sarasota area.

No surprises

Very comfortable stay for this group of friends participating in a sporting event at Nathan Bendersen. The house was just as promised by the listing. Spacious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location.

A pleasant winter getaway

This home was quiet, clean and as presented. Our family enjoyed the heated pool, the split floor plan was great for adults and children.
