Great if you'll be outside!
Communication, Check-In and the Florida weather were great. But while this property tries hard, the condo and complex have for the most part seen better days. The view in the condo ad s taken from a unit much closer to the pool. First impressions were difficult to overcome. The threshold floor trim just inside the door gave way to a suitcase wheel and had to be tucked back in its place. The Patio's artificial turf had two layers had seen better days and were in disarray over and under each other, almost obscuring the pair of lawn chairs literally disintegrating around the corner. A used furnace filter was left on the only useable patio chair. Inside, the replacement was improperly inserted and wasn't filtering anything at all. The clothes dryer in the unit is vented via corrugated hose into the hallway instead of outside and bathroom vent was without a cover and lint and dust hanging over the toilet. Don't get me wrong, we spent most time outside and the unit was an economical port in a storm, but found us much more comfortable outside than in. We got the impression this place isn't rented often and that would account for much of what was lacking. While there were dishes and such available, we bought throwaway plates and flatware, and threw a comforter over the sofa. We appreciated the beach chairs available and left the unit with a new umbrella and sand screw. We've stayed in this complex b4, just in more recently refreshed units - probably time to look elsewhere
