The sun-filled main living space presents an open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen with counter, stools and all the tools needed to prepare meals at home, an adjacent dining table seats 8 - 10 and the living room holds a large sectional sofa that invites guests to kick back and enjoy a cozy fire in front of the gas fireplace. The primary en-suite bedroom with king bed has a Jacuzzi soaking tub and access to a balcony with furniture, presenting a perfect spot to begin your days with a coffee facing gorgeous views before you begin your adventures for the day! There is a 2nd en-suite bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and a trundle for a total of 5 beds, a main floor bedroom with a queen bed and the wifi connection throughout this lovely home makes it easy for guests to stay in touch socially wherever they are most comfortable.

The covered porch allows for cooking meals on a gas grill in the fresh air or relaxing in Adirondack chairs during any weather while taking in the views.  Stroll from your front door over to a sandy beachfront for sunbathing and swimming or bring your canoe or kayak to observe nature at its finest while cruising over 30 miles of interconnected waterways. The hikers in your group will relish the access to an on site groomed nature trail and numerous sporting opportunities will surround you! Whether you are seeking a getaway to include fishing, snowmobiling, ziplining, hiking or other Adirondack experiences, you will be able to fulfill whatever fun daily adventures your group is seeking in the surrounding areas.

Walk to the Sunset Bistro with fine cuisine, cocktails and dining with views within only steps away or visit Village of Saranac Lake for more dining and entertainment options. Mount Pisgah Ski Mountain, several natural attractions, endless sporting opportunities, the Olympic Village of Lake Placid with several more venues and much more awaits visitors to this ideal vacation rental.

Register for the Saranac Lake 6er Hiking Challenge to earn a coveted 6er patch and ring the traditional 6er bell! Experience hikes with varied ranges of difficulty that start and end from the 6er Bell in Berkely Green Park to Mount Baker at 1.8 miles and move on to surrounding areas to climb McKenzie at 10 miles, Ampersand at 5.4 miles,  Scarface at 6.8 miles, Haystack at 6.6 miles and St. Regis at 6.6 miles. Some people stretch hikes out to months or years and the more adventurous aim to become a winter 6er or complete all hikes in 24 hours to become an Ultra 6er!

Visitors will enjoy unlimited, multi-use and free year round access to the Rail Trail, which consists of a 34 mile corridor between Lake Placid, Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake with the choice of several access points. Hikers, bikers, snowmobilers and cross country skiers experience breathtaking and up close views of nature and many waterways, while also experiencing the charm and amenities of these interconnected communities along the way!

Jackrabbit Ski Trail presents visitors with  34 miles of groomed cross country/hiking trails that begin in Keene and pass through Lake Placid, Saranac Lake and Paul Smiths offering all day ski trips with plenty of entry/exit opportunities along the way.
