"Hotellet ligger i gå afstand til lufthavnen. Receptionisten var super venlig og hjælpsom, selv om de havde problemer med at finde min reservation. De kendte ikke til Hotels.com men jeg fik mit værelse alligevel. Morgenmad var også indkluderet og personalet var meget søde. Selve værelset var meget nedslidt og beskidt. Sengen var ringe men man kunne da sove på den. Det var en meget billig overnatning så man skal ikke forvente meget. "

"Property was beautiful, awesome views, well maintained, clean, breakfast delish and lots of options. Staff were very professional, friendly and catered to your every need and concern. Pool and spa space was very relaxing; we used pool and saunas for a day. Only feedback I have is to add some memory foam toppers on the mattress as they were quite hard. Seems to be somewhat of a common theme in Europe, maybe sleeping on stone is better for your back but I need a bit more cushion as you’d get...

"Supremely clean, comfortable and well-located for central Sarajevo. We did have a problem with the bed which we forgot to report, so hopefully the management are monitoring feedback. Room 317 there is possibly a strut broken in the bed. Please check it out. Otherwise brilliant and would highly recommend the rooftop terrace where a few Margaritas went down very well."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location. The front desk and the staff are very helpful. The issues- somewhat confusing breakfast layout, the coffee machine broke the first morning, and it was not fixed the next morning. The checkout was (surprise) at 11 am. The windows in my room were very dirty on the outside. Very poor TV channel selection, no laundry bag or other 'regular ' hotel amenities. On the positive side, the bottled water was plentiful and free."

"This stay was part of a multi country itinerary. While the actual stay was good, my post-stay interaction was a trial. Items left in the safe were held and subject of multiple attempts at calls and emails to little avail. Only through a tour driver was i able to recover my currency wallet. The hotel seemed to block me most of the time. "

"I had villa room. Very clean and cosy compared to villas in other countries. Bathroom: i have noticed in eastern europe and central asia they seem to all have the foul drainage smell in all bathrooms. It must be the way drainage is designed. For a 5 star the toiletries wasn't on par. No fans, leave window open 24/7. Toilets have bidets in rooms but not in public areas, no issues with running water. Breakfast: expected alot more for 5 star. It was average. Dinner: excellent food. All dishes...

"A small hotel, ideally located for seeing the sights of this amazing city, as it’s right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a good breakfast buffet. "

"Pros: Perfect location and great view. Hotel staff was friendly. Cons: Toilet seat was broken and high. Rooms are only accessible with lift at 9th floor. I was worrying what if the lift was broken. Also incase of a fire Im not sure what would happen. "
